Salobre Las Terrazas 11 is a holiday home with an easy, welcoming layout: two floors, a terrace facing the landscape, a private pool and the right amount of space for enjoying southern Gran Canaria at your own pace.



The house is located in the Las Terrazas complex, within Salobre Golf Resort. On the resort map, this area appears close to the hotel area and between La Isla and Los Lagos, in a part of Salobre where golf scenery, mountain views and residential architecture shape the setting.



With 115 m² of living space on a 260 m² plot, the house can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. It works well for a small family, two couples or guests looking for a comfortable home with its own outdoor space.



The layout is simple and practical. On the upper floor, there is 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and a living and dining area with kitchen, ideal for cooking at home, sharing meals or coming back after a day at the beach, on the golf course or around Maspalomas.



The outdoor area is one of the house’s most enjoyable spaces: terrace, garden, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, parasol, parking and a 5 x 3 metre private pool. A simple and pleasant setting for morning sun, time by the water or dinner outside.



Inside, the house includes unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, utility room, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair.



Electric pool heating is available at an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C. The charcoal barbecue is also available at an additional cost.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning and mid-stay cleaning with linen change for stays of more than 9 nights.

Pets are not allowed.

Not available for groups of young people.

Smoking is not allowed except in the outdoor areas.
