Detached 4 bedroom luxury holiday home in the heart of Pembrokeshire. Close to the seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot and a minutes stroll to the pretty market town of Narberth with award winning shops, boutiques and restaurants. Just 4 miles to Folly Farm, 5 miles from the Bluestone water park and 8 miles from the beaches of Saundersfoot.

An attractive and comfortable family home with small enclosed garden and separate patio area with BBQ & outdoor dining. private drive for 2.5 cars. To keep the younger guests happy there is separate games room with pool table & dart board.. A perfect place to stay for large groups and families to explore Pembrokeshire and its 186 miles of coastal paths within the National Park and breathtaking scenery.

The house sleeps 8 in 4 upstairs bedrooms: 1 king size, 2 double, 1 twin.

Lovely house

Lovely Break

Very nice house in a good location. Stairs very noisy and would be difficult for people with limited mobility. Should be contacted day before with details of how to check in not having to enquire yourself. Welcome hamper is a nice touch and enclosed garden perfect for dogs

very good property

overall very good. Stairs were not ideal for over 75s and young children as difficult to climb, also very noisy. The childs cot was on the small size as my grandson had very little room. We thought colour coded towels for the individual bedrooms would make things a lot easier not to get mixed up. We enjoyed our stay as great location and the house had all the home comforts and plenty of room.

Perfect location

Fantastic home, clean & beautifully decorated. Brilliant location for the town & grass area for dog. Our son enjoyed the park & the games room. Close proximity to Saundersfoot beach where we enjoyed swimming, ice cream & kayaking.

Lovely family break

Lovely house which looked like the property presented on the website. Clean, tidy, tasteful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a thoughtful welcome hamper. Perfect location for exploring and Narberth itself is a lovely little town. Our grown up kids had a great time (they beat us at darts!)and so did our little cocker spaniel who was spoilt for walks on beaches, woods and countryside. Great family holiday. Would’ve preferred more contact with the owners a good few days beforehand with arrival instructions etc as had to chase this 24hours before but overall the house and location were ideal.

Lovely

Lovely property to stay in, excellent location within walking distance to amenities and shops. Great place to stay with children, a nice park close by and the added netflix and x-box console was great for our 7 year old son. Easy drive to Saundersfoot and Tenby. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

A great property in an excellent position for access to Narberth and it’s shops. It is also very convenient for leisure activities such as Folly Farm and Oakwood. The house was clean, has excellent facilities and was very comfortable .

Beautiful house in a lovely town

So refreshing to find a house beautifully decorated and well equipped that permits dogs. The homely personal touches were lovely and homely and the welcome basket much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again
