Holiday Home 'La Dolce Vita' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Sea-view villa located between Saint Tropez and Le Lavandou, just 250 m from the beach, easily reached on foot. The villa is accessed by stone steps; the ground floor is on one level. Upon arrival, you’ll find a wooden terrace (solarium) and a shaded terrace.



La Dolce Vita is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, there’s a kitchen, living area, TV corner, and WC. First floor: one air-conditioned double bedroom, one air-conditioned twin bedroom, shower room, and WC. Second floor: air-conditioned double bedroom, shower room, WC, and loggia.



The greenway connecting Le Lavandou to Cavalière is just 50 m from the villa, accessible via the main road (speed limit 30 km/h, with pedestrian crossings and speed bumps). Rayol Canadel offers five sandy beaches, the nearest at the entrance to the greenway.



Bike shelter and canopy on the fenced property. Villa Dolce Vita is between St Tropez (25 km) and Le Lavandou (10 km), at the foot of the Corniche des Maures, in the heart of the Gulf of St Tropez, and 2 km from the shops in Rayol village (mini-market, bakery, stores, doctor, pharmacy, post office, restaurant/bar, hairdresser, etc.).

Die schönen Fotos hatten nicht zuviel versprochen - die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und weitestgehend neuwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts Wichtigem, und die Aussicht war fantastisch. Die Entfernung zu dem schönen Strand (mit angenehmem Publikum) war kurz, und mit dem bekannten Garten und beispielsweise St. Tropez sind lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Auch die Wassersportangebote (u.a. Segeln und Jet-Ski) in der benachbarten Bucht waren hervorragend.Die sehr freundliche Dame, die bei der Ankunft und beim Auschecken vor Ort war, spricht ausschließlich Französisch - aber in Zeiten schneller online Übersetzungen war auch das kein Problem.Wir können eine Buchung nur wärmstens empfehlen.
