Julia House 1. Modern penthouse very close to the beach

It is a flat renovated during the past months of April and May 2018, with a large room and an armchair in the room where a child under 12 years of age can sleep if necessary. It has a modern full kitchen and a terrace with a lounger where you can enjoy the sun and the good weather of Tenerife and from where you can see the entrance to the Anaga Rural Park, Biosphere Reserve and the entrance to Las Teresitas Beach, one of the best beaches in Tenerife. It is on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator so it is not suitable for people with mobility problems but it is very close to the beach, 100 meters away and is located in San Andrés, a small fishing village, where you will not find hotels neither crowds, just tranquility. It is not a tourist area, it is rather a typical Canarian town. My apartment has an easy connection to Santa Cruz through the bus service or through your rental vehicle, which you can easily park around the house. You will have very close to a supermarket, many restaurants where you can eat the best fish in Tenerife, a pharmacy, a public Health Center, preferential access to the forests and virgin Anaga beaches and the best family beach in Tenerife.
