In a typical house in the historic center, two minutes from the lake, attic with two / three beds.
Room with queen size double bed (160 x 200 cm), bedroom with single bed (80 x 200 cm), lounge, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, small private porch. Third floor without elevator (five short flights of stairs).
The accommodation is in the pedestrian area. Municipal parking at about 100m (hourly rate CHF 0.60 per hour; weekly card CHF 28.-)
Not suitable for children because the windows are low.
In the vicinity, lake, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, beach, boat, boat yards, moorings for boats, miniature golf, walks, golf, tennis, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor, shops, train, Monte Lema cable car. Near the Saturday markets of Ponte Tresa (I) and Wednesdays of Luino (I)., On Tuesdays and Thursdays morning in Lugano.
