المنشأه لم توضح بان التكيف مخصص فقط لغرفة نوم واحده الرئيسيه فقط وباقي الشقه بدون تكييف ايضاً نطام التكييف قديم وغير ملائم . رائحة المفارش غير نظيفه مستخدمه من اكثر من نزيل . موضح في صفحة الحجز بانه يوجد موقف مخصص للسياره ولكن للاسف عندما تواصلنا مع المضيف ذكر بانه لايوجد موقف مخصص لهذه الشقه مع ان صفحة الحجز مذكور يوجد موقف . المضيف كان قبل دفع قيمه الشقة يرد على الاستفسارات وبعدما استلم المبلغ لايجيب على طلبنا حيث طلبنا توفير مكيف اضافي ولا من مجيب . للعلم انا استأجرت سكن اخر بديل لباقي افراد الاسرة بسبب ان اسرة النوم في الصالة ولايوجد مكيف ودرجة الحرارة مرتفعة بالشقة في نهاية شهر جولاي . لا انصح احد بالاستئجار .

Sehr ruhige Lage und angenehme Wohnung. Wir reisten als Familie (5 Erwachsene); Zentrum, Strand und Bahnhof sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Im kleinen Badezimmer war zeitweise ein unangenehmer Geruch (vermutlich Abfluss). Bei geschlossener Tür war dies jedoch kein Thema. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft klar weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
