Enjoy the serenity of the mountains in this beautiful spacious luxury home!

This beautiful mountain home sits on three acres in the upper valley of Red River, NM. The views are breathtaking and the song of the river can be heard from the porch. The night stars are amazing to view from the 8 person hot tub. The downstairs king suite has luxurious linens, a private bath and sitting area. The upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin that are perfect for families sharing the space. The Santa Fe room has an in-room vanity area with sink. The large upstairs bath accommodates both bedrooms. The sleeping loft sleeps three in twin beds and offers a sitting area for star gazing or enjoying a good book. The open concept downstairs is perfect for large groups. You will find everything you need in the gourmet kitchen. The great room is spectacular with its vaulted ceiling, chandelier, and massive river rock fireplace.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave comforters, quilts, blankets and shams on beds. Remove sheets and pillowcases from used beds and place in laundry room. Leave used beds unmade.
Please take all trash to brown trash receptacle in town. There are several at the corner Valero gas station.
Please make sure all windows are closed and locked, and all lights and ceiling fans are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Travel trailers, motor homes, motor buses, etc CANNOT be accommodated. We recommend Road Runner RV Park for these accommodations.
