The Village of Loon Mountain Family Resort is a premier mountain wilderness / ski resort that abuts the White Mountain National Forest. Your view is across the legendary Kancamagus Scenic Bi-way at Loon and Black Mountains!

Our home is thoroughly cleaned between every visit and we change all towels and linens between visits.

The Village of Loon Mountain Family Resort includes; 2 outdoor swimming pools (not heated), a kiddie pool (not heated), an outdoor Jacuzzi (heated), tennis courts, basketball court and kids’ playground. It also includes 2 indoor pools (heated), 3 indoor Jacuzzis (heated), a weight room, a cardio room, as well as a video arcade, pool table and club house with fireplace. Our three-bedroom townhouse has it all. We just completely remodeled our kitchen. Our vacation home sleeps 8 people and has 2 full baths. There is a washer and dryer within the townhouse. There is a full kitchen with everything you'll need to make and serve family meals for up to 8 people. It has two decks with amazing views across the Kancamagus Scenic Bi-way, a 29-mile-long road through the wilderness of the White Mountain National Forrest. Your view is of Loon Mountain and Black Mountain with views looking east and west down East Branch of the Pemigewasset River Valley. There are blue tooth speakers throughout the unit, free WIFI, and three large HD Smart TVs. So, you can watch almost 100 cable channels or you can stream Net-flicks, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. from your own accounts. There are tubes for shooting the rapids on the mountain rivers surrounding our location (use at your own risk). We have a portable gas grill for cooking outdoors (must be 15' from building and you'll need one-pound gas cylinder which can be purchase at several locations in-town). The decor is mountain wilderness and ski lodge. Included is your linens and towels, as well as, a final cleaning. The Village of Loon Mountain Resort sits in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest which encompasses the tallest mountains in the northeastern part of North America. The White Mountain National Forest is also home to the most hiking trails in any one place in the world. There are amazing bike trails, such as, the one that starts at the entrance to The Village of Loon Mountain Resort and brings you right into the picturesque villages of Lincoln-North Woodstock NH as well as, the Franconia Notch bike trail. There are endless adventures to challenge people of all ages from zip-line courses, mountain safari expeditions in military vehicles, ropes courses, kayaking, canoeing, horseback riding and more. There is a Broadway quality summer theater that you won't want to miss. A great variety of restaurants for every budget and palate. The Loon Mountain Ski Resort just across the river from The Village has a wide variety of activities and special events year-round.

It really is set up perfectly for two families of four to share. We set it up intentional that way to make it even a better value than it already is. With two bedrooms with king beds and the the third bedroom with two sets of bunkers it can accommodate two families comfortable. Foliage time is really magical with the amazing reds, oranges and yellows. I’ve been told by people in the know, that the foliage in Northern New England is the best in the world due to the amazing variety of colors.

We have tried hard to constantly upgrade our amenities. Like our recent new full size stacked washer:dryer. In the kitchen, we add a Ninja blender with smoothie cups, a Henckel wood block and knife set and a Ninja Multi cooker. This past spring we upgraded to an on demand hot water heater. Now no matter how many showers or loads of clothes you do you’ll never run out of hot water We’ve also just ordered a new Weber portable gas grill. We hope you comeback soon.

Great place for family's. My kids (11 and 6) loved the loft bed room. Clean house not too far walk from the pool. Spacious rooms comfortable beds. Great price and All the necessities that you need while on vacation. Definitely plan to rent again.

The views are amazing. One doesn't need to go anyplace to enjoy the magnificent views of Loon Mountain, Black Mountain, Potash Knob and the narrow Pemigewasset Valley. If you do venture out, there are some many amazing mountain roads and notches that bring the fall colors into sweeping panoramic views.

The Gabriel family bought this mountain resort condo in the fall of 1999. Our three daughters have grown up visiting the magnificent White Mountains. We reside in southern New Hampshire and vacation in the mountains two or three times per year. We enjoy all the area has to offer and we know that you and your family will as well. Many of our renters have become like family, renting from us year after year. Their children too have grown up feeling like our home in the White Mountains is there home. Now some of their children are now grown up and bring their children to our mountain resort home.

Why they chose this property

Our mountain wilderness decor enhances the feeling of you get while taking in the amazing views of the White Mountains from living area and decks. We are located on the Kancamgus Scenic Biway. Behind us is the White Mountain National Forest, In front of us is Loon Mountain Ski Resort. We are located in Lincoln NH a vibrant and picturesque tourist town with many wonderful things to do!

What makes this property unique

We are located at the juncture of two of the most amazing places east of the Rocky Mountains; the Kancamagus Scenic Byway and Franconia Notch. The Kancamagus Byway is a 29 mile long road through the heart of the White Mountain National Forest. It includes many spectacular places such as Sabbaday Falls, Rocky Gorge, Lower Falls and Kancamagus Pass. Franconia Notch is like a world of it's own. It has sheer mountain cliffs that rise 2,000 feet from the notch base, it was home to the famed Old Man of the Mountain, it includes the Basin, Flume Gorge. the Tram, the Skiing Museum and Echo Lake Beach State Park. The weather in the notch is unpredictable. At times the sun is out as you drive up to the notch. Then you enter the notch and it can be snowing. As you exit the end of the notch the sun can be shinning once again. I have never experienced another place on the planet that is like this. It is due to the very narrow and deep notch with it's side walls made up of 4,000 - 5,000+ foot mountains.

The view from our townhouse is amazing. You are looking across the famed Kancamagus Scenic Byway at Loon Mountain Ski Resort and Black mountain, as well as up and down the narrow Pemigewasset River Valley. The resort has a wide variety amenities for all ages and interest making your stay at the Village of Loon Mountain so amazing and enjoyable that you may never even want to leave the resort.

Our unit is equipped better than our own home. We just finished a full remodel of the kitchen. It includes multiple large 4k smart TVs 55", 50" & 43", It has it's own washer and dryer. There is everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay for up to eight people. It is designed so that two families of four can share the townhouse. It is one of the best values in the White Mountains.
