We are 5 mins walk, 250m along the beach path from the sandy surfers paradise of Croyde beach. Same to the centre of the chocolate box village of Croyde. Once you park up you could have a car free holiday. Beds 1 & 2 on the first floor along with the rear deck and dining area have fantastic views of the sand dunes, sea and the headland.

We believe this is the perfect location for a family holiday. The property was completely renovated in 2017 to provide a stylish and contemporary, comfortable, light and warm holiday home. The ground floor provides an open plan living, kitchen, dining area which opens up onto the sea facing decking with full width bi fold for sunsets. When the doors are open there is seamless inside outside living, with views across a sometime camping field, to the sand dunes, sea and Baggy Point headland beyond.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe and then there are two large Velux windows with views to die for, one that opens out as a small balcony. The second bedroom has a set of single bunk beds, bedside cabinet, wicker basket drawers and clothes that view again through a large Velux window. The third bedroom is downstairs has a double bed, bedside tables, clothes storage and has a lovely en suite shower room with large contemporary shower enclosure.

The whole house is yours for your stay. We think the property has everything you could need, including a well appointed kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, 2 x luxurious Loaf sofas, dining table that when extended seats 6, breakfast bar and 3 stools, wood burner, wifi, Smart TV with a Netflix account and Amazon Prime if you have your own account. The living space has 2 Sonos wifi speakers for your music needs. If required we can provide a travel cot, high chair and stair-gate.

Outside to the rear is a decked area with a corner sofa and table, 2 x directors chairs and a sail cloth canopy to provide shade.

The house is accessed via a key safe, we wont be available to greet you but either us or our cleaner/ property manager Sue will be close by and will be available by phone and email to address any needs or questions you may have.

With the house being so close to the beach, 3 of the fields in the land behind us are used as a campsite during the summer holidays. For 4 weeks there can be campers in the field behind the house. We have a sail cloth screen that can be clipped up or down depending on your preference.
