Located in one of Dubrovnik old town's buildings, our newly-renovated, air-conditioned, four bedroom apartments are within short walking distance from Dubrovnik's main attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet side street to ensure a restful stay. Fell the unique atmosphere of old town Dubrovnik, we are dedicated at providing the best possible level of service to ensure that your visit to Dubrovnik will be a memorable one.The apartments are just several minutes' walk from Dubrovnik old town's harbor and Stradun, the main street. The nearest sand and pebble beach is just a 10 minute stroll away through Dubrovnik's charming, pedestrian streets.

Explore cozy restaurants and cafes set in the charming, pedestrian walkways and squares of the famous old town Dubrovnik. There are many banks and cash points within the old town, as well as a main post office. The colorful food market and other supermarkets are also located in the vicinity.

Exceptional Property and Location

Can’t speak highly enough of Srdan’s place. It is a really well equipped apartment with the most amazing views over Old Town. 5 minutes away from the busy busy Old Town centre and it feels as though you’re on your own! Srdan was really helpful whenever we needed it. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubrovnik.

One in a lifetime staying inside the walls of Old Town. House Hilda is a spectacular property especially if you book the entire house. The rooftop view of the entire aka King’s Landing is to die for!!! The house amenities are top notch! Srdan is a Gracious host

Very beautiful and clean apartment!

Srdan was a wonderful host. Our arrival was delayed by severe weather for two days but Srdan was understanding. He met us at arrival and even helped with our luggage. The apartment is very spacious and has the best roof terrace in all of d ztow..

Ideal apt

I visit Dubrovnik every year and it’s not east to find an apt with a real terrace in old town. This terrace is breath taking. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s two apartments than can be rented separately but we rented the entire thing. The beds were very comfortable & we had two kitchens! The bathrooms are basic but the water pressure made up for it! It was like a massage in the shower. The living room on top floor has a huge sectional couch with a large tv which was great for my kids to wind down. Srdan was so helpful and responsive. Helped with our luggage and was flexible with us having a late check out. I would definitely rent this home again.

Perfect - just perfect...........

Wow, what an amazing apartment, the views are unbelievable and no simple photo could do justice to the view from the balcony, we looked around the old town but never found another villa with such a balcony. The communication from the owner was amazing and so helpful, are flight was delayed but he still waited for us, Brilliant! Yes, there are steps to the apartment but there are lots of steps everywhere so be prepared. I'd give 6 stars for location, communication and overall rating if I could - thank you.

Fabulous Location

Fantastic location in Old Town right by the wall. 5 of us rented both apartments and It didn't feel as if we were on top of each other. Srdan did a great job communicating with us whenever we had questions. By far the best thing was the rooftop terrace, the views were spectacular and it was a great place to end the nights. As a warning there are a lot of stairs to get up there (117 to be exact), but it's Dubrovnik and you can't escape them anywhere you stay, so I suggest hitting the stairmaster at the gym before you come!

Beautiful and great location within the wall.

House Hilda is exactly as described. Our group of 7 travelers rented both apartments. We found that there was ample space, good accommodations, and the best view in old town from the roof top patio. The shops, markets, and restaurants are conveniently located down the steps to the heart of old town. Our group took advantage of the kitchen and made meals to share on the rooftop patio, which is equipped with table and ample seating. Things to keep in mind: House Hilda is in old town. You’re going to walk up and down steps, ramps, and cobbled walkways to get to the house. There is no access by vehicle. So, keep that in mind when packing. Can you carry your things? Also, there are beautiful beaches on Lokrum Island. The house does not have beach towels, so make sure that you purchase or pack one. There are also many day trips that pick up at the Pile gate just a few minutes walk from House Hilda. Make sure to do some research and take a day trip. We chose the Montenegro day trip to Perast, Budva, and Kotor. Unfortunately, we were told the morning of pickup that the road to Budva was not passable. Our host Srdan was great. Several of our group met him and had great conversations. He was very helpful with logistics and providing helpful hints. If I were to return I’d recommend house Hilda.
