Set in a private development with fantastic facilities and plenty of parking, just 300 meters from the coast and 2 minutes from the popular casino and nightlife area of Praia da Rocha.

The development offers our guests communal areas with large swimming pool and kids' pool, indoor swimming pool and WC facilities, garden areas, tennis courts, BBQ and picnic area, kids play park and shops.

Access is done very easily and there is plenty of parking, and the building has lifts.

Inside, the apartment comprises a spacious living room with dining table and open plan kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher, family WC with bathtub shower, 1 guest bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 master bedroom with double-sized bed. The living room has a sofa-bed for extra guests so the apartment sleeps a total of 6.

There is a nice sized balcony with table and chairs.
