Special place!

We spent five days at Marija’s place and we really liked it. The apartment is really big and spacious, comfortable. The neighbourhood is peaceful. Everything was perfect and very very clean. Marija is a really nice host, I hope we visit again soon!

Clean and spacious apartment in Rovinj

Very spacious and clean, with plenty of storage room for clothes and travel bags in both bedrooms. The big terrace in front of the house was great for having coffee and chilling, with a view of the front yard. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic meal prep. Having a parking spot in front of the house was very practical, although there's limited parking room (typical of coastal towns). The hostess was a lovely old lady, very warm and welcoming. If we ever happen to look for an apartment in Rovinj, we'll come here again!

Bardzo udany pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecamy.

Bardzo dobre położenie apartamentu. Dogodny dojazd i zapewnione miejsce na parkowanie auta. Cicha, spokojna okolica, do plaży 5 min. Trochę dłuższy spacer do centrum miasta - około 25 min. Do najbliższego sklepu Konzum około 10 min. Na plus - zadbany ogród z biegającymi żółwiami i ogólnie czysto w otoczeniu apartamentu. Bardzo pomocni i pozytywni właściciele.

Fajny nocleg dla nie wymagających :)

Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele rozmawiający bardzo dobrze po Niemiecku i Angielsku, miejsca parkingowe dla każdego pod zadaszeniem. Kuchnia wyposażona w najpotrzebniejsze akcesoria kuchenne. Apartamenty dość przestronne, miejsce do wypoczynku w salonie, wygodne łóżka, krzesełka i stolik na dużym balkonie. Bardzo spokojna okolica, apartamenty w dzielnicy mieszkalnej blisko do morza a do centrum dłuższy spacer. Blisko sklep spożywczy Konzum. Dodatkową atrakcją jest gromada żółwi w ogrodzie właścicieli.

Vacanza è sempre vacanza

Posizione ottima per andare al mare. Verso il centro si fa una passeggiata ma è piacevole. Appartamento fresco (fuori faceva caldissimo e noi non abbiamo avuto bisogno di accedere il clima) e funzionale. La signora Marija, suo figlio e la moglie sono stati disponibilissimi ed accoglienti. Per un disguido organizzativo, l'appartamento non era inizialmente pulitissimo ma hanno rimediato in men che non si dica.

un piacevole weekend a Rovigno

Abbiamo dormito solo una notte ma non ci è mancato nulla. L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto. La costruzione modesta ma il n.3 un appartamento ristrutturato, pulito e curato negli arredi, con un grande balcone dove abbiamo mangiato e un bagno ampio. Proprietari cortesi e disponibili ad accontentarci nelle nostre piccole richieste sin da subito. Pur non essendo vicino al Centro Storico con la bicicletta vi si arriva in pochi minuti, così come alle vicine spiagge del Cuvi, Paradiso, Mulini. In 4 min in auto si arriva al centro, ai grandi supermercati e alle spiagge periferiche.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung uns supernette Gastgeberin

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Ferienwohnung liegt am Rande von Rovinj, zum Stand sind es nur ca. 450 Meter. Auch ins Stadtzentrum ist es mit 2 km nicht allzu weit. Parkplätze sind am Haus immer vorhanden und sogar beschattet.

Perfect short getaway

We really enjoyed our short vacation. The apartment is well-kept with all necessary equipment, the size of it is quite spacious. I must mention really comfortable beds. The best part are the turtles, which live on landlady's garden. Our kids loved them. The communication with the host Mrs. Marija was very good, and the location of these apartments is just great. We do recommend you to stay in this apartment.
