situado en la zona de Valdenoja, a 800 m de la primera playa del Sardinero, 100m de campo de Golf Mataleñas.
Zona residencial y tranquila de fácil aparcamiento, sin comercios bajo el edificio pero si cercanos en la barrio, tanto panaderias como Mercadona en calles paralelas. Zona comunicada con el centro en autobus a 20 min.
