We had a wonderful 5-night stay in Little Exuma. The beach and water were absolutely stunning—crystal clear, calm, and everything we had hoped for. The house was equally impressive, with excellent amenities and everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It was well-maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and made it easy to enjoy the beauty of the island. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Exuma.

Beautiful house on Little Exuma. Perfect for those who want peace and tranquility. The 4 bedrooms, 5 baths were perfect for our family of 6 adults & 2 children. We barely left the house - loved having our own pool and the secluded beach. We especially appreciated having the kayaks to use, the water dispenser, auxiliary ice maker, and the beast of a blender. We would definitely return!

Perfect home & location, hosts incredible.

Conch House was amazing - we loved how quiet it was and the hosts were simply delightful. One of our favorite things was the fact that the water conditions were generally opposite of the major beaches, meaning you could always find calm water, no matter what the wind was doing.

An amazing vacation

The Conch House at Little Exuma is even better than the pictures. Everything is outfitted so well, the outdoor area is incredibly nice. We went with our family with young children and another family with young children, and they loved the pool and beach. We would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Exuma!

Amazing house. Amazing location.

This property is so nice! So beautiful. Great for our family stay. The kids had so much fun in the pool when they need a break from the beach. The property was clean 🧼. I will defiantly recommend to others!

Wonderful trip!

Stunning water, friendly people, beautiful house, great weather, all add up to a wonderful trip to Exuma! The Conch House is nicely designed both inside and out! Relaxing vacation

The house was amazing and location was its equal. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds, this is your place. A beautiful home at the end of the road. We enjoyed and had the entire beach to ourselves, which was so much nicer than the resort atmosphere we were accustomed to. We will definitely be back!

Great home and location!

Communication with the renting staff was easy with quick responses. We loved the privacy this location offered. This property offered everything we needed to enjoy the water, including kayaks, paddle boards, floats, and snorkeling gear. The kitchen was fully stocked for all of our meal needs. Great home and location!

Our best Exuma trip yet!

This was our family’s 3rd trip to Exuma and the best so far! The Conch House was perfect - I can’t say enough nice things about it. The house is gorgeous and the location is fantastic. The proximity to Santana’s and the Tropic of Cancer Beach was the best! The property manager was also wonderful - very communicative and helpful. We’re already booking our trip back and will be staying at The Conch House again!

March Family Stay

The house is beautiful and on one of the best beaches on the island. You should be aware of the sand flies are bad and the power does go out. But we really enjoyed our stay at the Conch House, everything was clean and neat.

It was unfortunate that you were bothered by the sandflies which tend to come out in very still weather particularly around sunset and sunrise. I will get some more repellant. I do hope that the power outages were not long, they do happen every now and again but generally it goes back on pretty quickly. Conch House Fabulous

What a wonderful property and exquisite island. The water and surrounding islands were stunning. We had a fabulous time and are thankful to have had the opportunity to share a week at the Conch House. We've traveled to some incredible places and this ranks way up there. The people of Exuma really made our stay as they were incredible. Thanks for making our week special.

Remote peace and tranquility

The property was very spacious and the ocean views were spectacular. We had a peaceful stay and enjoyed the gorgeous weather and local food. Mama's bakery is a must visit, just down the road. There were a few missing kitchen items I wish were provided, as well as more family games, and a working laptop computer. However, if you are looking for spectacular ocean views away from it all, this is the place for you.

Seclusion

We had a wonderful trip and this house is beautiful! We had the beach all to ourselves. The pool was wonderful in the late afternoon and evenings. We had 6 adults in our group and could had used a few more beach chairs ( a couple of them were broke) we ate out at lunch and cooked in the evenings so we could have used a few more cooking essentials but other than that everything was wonderful. We will be back!

HI, so glad you enjoyed the pool and beach. Isn't it gorgeous to basically have the beach just for you, no outside noise or distractions. I am sorry to hear that some of the beach chairs are broken, we will replace those and also replenish the cooking essentials in the kitchen to ensure there is enough for meal preparation and serving.
