Cosy 1st floor cottage flat. Surrounded by communal gardens in a block of 12 stone built holiday flats. Benefits from sea view of the beautiful Kyles of Bute.

Accommodate 2 adults or family of 4 (adults & children)

Minutes walk from shop and hotel.

Constructed circa 1850, the Shore cottages building originally housed workers from the local gun powder factory.

Although there are 12 flats, they are all seldom occupied at the same time. Therefore the flat and surroundings offer great space for peacefully thinking.

Main door and tiled hall with coat hooks
Bedroom – Double bed, built-in mirrored wardrobes provide ample storage
Open Plan Living and Kitchen area
Living area - Sofa bed, window seat, Wood burning stove, wall mounted Freeview/FreeSat television, Xbox S for Blu-ray/games, Fast Wi-Fi (68Mb/s +) Netflix & Prime.

Kitchen – well equipped for creating some delicious home cooking, breakfast bar with folding leaf. Bonus of having washer-dryer and Nespresso machine
Toilet/Shower room – Decorated in a nautical style, electric shower (no bath)
