Perched in an outstanding position overlooking the bay, Pathada is a beautiful two-bedroom apartment offering panoramic sea views and a stylish, comfortable stay for up to four guests. With two private balconies, tasteful furnishings, and breathtaking scenery stretching across Looe Island and beyond, this is a truly special coastal escape. The open-plan living area has comfortable seating for four, perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea and a dining table for four, ideal for relaxed meals with a view. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, and toaster. There is a 32" Smart TV for entertainment and the property has free Wifi.Double doors lead from the lounge area to a small private balcony, offering stunning views across the bay to Looe Island—a perfect spot to soak up the scenery with the sun from late morning through the afternoon. To the other side of the building is a further private balcony which enjoys panoramic sea views from Rame Head in the East to Hannafore in the West.The two bedrooms also enjoy the wonderful sea views. The master bedroom being a spacious king-size retreat with a splendid window seat overlooking the bay. and the second double bedroom has a standard double bed and is another beautifully decorated room with stunning sea views, making it a peaceful and relaxing space.There is a small bathroom with a bath and shower over, WC, and wash basin. The accommodation had fantastic sea views and was located in a quiet area close to Looe. It was adjacent to the coastal path and took around 10-15mins to walk to Looe. The apartment was smaller than the photos show with the decoration looking a little tired. The bathroom was ridiculously small; the main basin was only 6inches deep so you couldn't have a proper wash in a morning. I am 5,11" tall and could only just fit in the shower due to the sloping ceiling, anyone taller will have a problem. The best thing about the property was sitting on the balcony late afternoon/early evening with a glass of wine enjoying the sea views, unbeatable.

Charming apartment with wonderful view in great location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment with the wonderful views from every window, the little balcony and the roof terrace. We also loved walking to the beach and the centre of Looe on the little path along the coast. (It starts right behind the apartment.) The place was very clean and offered everything we needed. We think we ´ ll be back and look forward to another little chat with our great host. Absolutely recommendable!

Nette, kleine Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage (in ruhiger Privatstraße auf den Klippen nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch entlang der Küste von Looe mit seinem Sandstrand und hübschen Läden und Restaurants entfernt). Der Blick über die Bucht und auf Looe Island ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist die Sitzfensterbank im Hauptschlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer ist allerdings sehr klein und die Deckenhöhe sehr niedrig. Auch die Betten sind recht schmal und die Matratzen leider steinhart. Ein echter Minuspunkt war leider die Sauberkeit: Direkt an der Haustür wird man von einer dreckigen Fußmatte begrüßt. In Ecken und unter Schränke und Betten sollte man lieber nicht so genau schauen. Die Teppichläufer sind fleckig. Manchen Möbeln (Sesseln im Wohnbereich) entströmt ein alter, muffiger Geruch. Die Balkone waren einfach nur schmutzig (Spinnweben, Dreck und Laub aus dem vergangenen Herbst). Sie luden nicht zum Verweilen ein. Dennoch hat die wunderschöne Gegend und der Ausblick für Vieles entschädigt.

So eine hübsch gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Besonders beeindruckend waren die vielen Möglichkeiten aufs Meer zu schauen: Dachterrasse, kleiner Balkon, Fenstersitzbank..... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Zwei wundervolle Wochen in reizender Landschaft. Die Wohnung mit spektakulärem Meerblick passt perfekt für 2-4 Personen, und der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und nett.

Nice apartment

A small compact apartment although clean and tidy. Great location with good views. Although picture is misleading I thought we would be getting the glass balcony as shown on pictures instead we got a strip on the roof and a very small balcony from the sitting room. Nice place to put your head down.

Get fit in Looe

Located on the coastal path great for walking into Looe and further afield. About 200m above Looe so a good workout at the end of an evening in town. It's a loft apartment so the main balcony is on the flat roof of the extension not the balcony you see in the picture. Views from the apartment are spectacular. Had a bit of a wet week but it didn't spoil our enjoyment

Stunning apartment with breath taking sea views - it's true!

Lovely place to stay with 2 decent sized bedrooms. Great view of the sea on the balcony which had a table and 4 seats; so, ideal to eat, drink and socialise day and night. Quiet area and neighbours were friendly and helpful too. Loved our stay. (Also, thanks to the previous reviewers as we brought our own wine glasses)

Lovely position

Great to sit over the sea. Balcony, that isn’t included in photos, was great to eat on. Minimal kitchen with only the essentials: 4 knives, 4 forks, no wine glasses. No basics like salt and pepper... which always makes self catering more of a challenge.

Lovely views

Beautiful views over Looe Island and out to sea and a comfortable walk into Looe. The flat was very peaceful, although there was no one down stairs while we were there. The bathroom could do with an update, especially the bath as someone with mobility issues wouldn't be able to use it.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit 2 Terrassen und grandiosem Ausblick. Nur das Badezimmer machte keine Freude, da nur ein winziges Waschbecken zur Verfügung stand und eine nicht sonderlich hochwertige Badewanne. Schade - ansonsten alles top!

Traumausblick

Wir haben die Wohnung genau wie auf den Abbildungen vorgefunden und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist etwas klein und die Matratze des Bettes sehr weich. Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Es war sehr eng und etwas verwohnt

Das Bad war so eng, das man sich am Mini Waschbecken nicht waschen konnte. Um in die Badewanne zu kommen muss man über die Toilette steigen. Die Betten hingen extrem durch und in der Küche war kein Platz für Lebensmittel Wenn man über 1,60m groß ist, kann man kaum spülen oder in die Dusche steigen. Das Plus war die Aussicht und der schöne Weg nach Looe.

A very comfortable apartment with views to die for

This apartment was very comfortable and well equipped . The views from the terraces are to die for. It's a short walk in to Looe and a short drive to many other picturesque coastal villages. We had a great time here and will definitely want to return.

We had a great stay in this very comfortable and well equipped apartment. The place was very clean on arrival and the owner Angus is the most amenable chap. Fabulous views from the terraces. A short walk into Looe and plenty of things to see and do within an hours drive. A great place to stay.

Views and Hospitality Cannot Be Beat!

We had an amazing 10 day stay at Pathada over the Christmas holiday! Out of nearly every window was a view of the Cornwall coast. Our hosts were inviting and ready to provide for our comfort, even to the point of having decorated the space for Christmas as a warm welcome. Oceanside trails that lead into town are nearby and the village is quite lovely. (We would personally recommend Daisy's Cafe in Looe for the very best meals you could ask for!) Thank you, Angus and Marie!
