Ideally located, it's just a five-minute stroll to East Looe’s charming shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs, and only ten minutes to the main beach. Designed to maximise the views of the river the ground floor houses the garage, the first floor the bedrooms and bathroom and upstairs is the open plan lounge kitchen diner. The property is south facing and so light and bright and beautifully furnished in a nautical theme.The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area is set on the top floor to make the most of the stunning views. There is comfortable seating for four, a 55" Smart TV, and a selection of books and games ensure a relaxing stay. Free WiFi is also included for guests. The dining area features a spacious table with four chairs, perfect for family meals and the fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, and cafetière.There is a master bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed as a cosy twin room, ideal for children or friends. The family bathroom completes the ground floor and is a good-sized space with a bath and overhead electric shower.Outside is a private outdoor seating area with bench seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh coastal air.Garage parking underneath for a small car (please note that access is up a short but very steep hill and garage access is tight; see the accessibility statement or contact us for details).Additional parking is available in the large public car park at Millpool (a 10 minute walk from the property).A Perfect Base Year-RoundConveniently located close to the centre of town, Seashells is a fantastic base for exploring Looe with gas central heating throughout, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year.For more details on facilities and accessibility, please check the facilities tab.
