great location
Overall this place was perfect for our little family - being on the boardwalk at Virginia Beach is unbeatable. We loved the balcony and were able to walk to almost anywhere we wanted to go!! The resort staff are courteous. Be sure to bring a little broom or ask for one downstairs - the sand is no joke!! And make sure to mini golf at Jungle golf, just a block or so away. This unit was on the 6 floor, so we had amazing views and no upstairs neighbors!! Loved it.
Some of our only negatives on this place included the lack of communication between the property owner and the resort. Upon check in, we found out it wasn’t communicated between the two parties that we were in one unit and another family in the other unit. The resort staff said this is a relatively new check in process (renting condos from owners on VRBO) so I think they’re still working out the kinks. Because of this, and maybe because the housekeeping staff is understaffed, our room was dirty upon arrival. Also We did have a neighbor whose balcony door slammed, often, sometimes at 3am. Which is somewhat unavoidable in big vacation resorts but it was difficult when it woke up our one year old.
Our vacation was so much fun and this rental was a big reason why!!
