The place is exactly a one mile walk to the oceanfront, straight shot to the beach! I didn’t need a vehicle for this stay because everything is so close.

It’s not a bad place to stay in but off rip when I checked in I was greeted by a roach, the shower curtain tends to drift a lot and made me feel claustrophobic , and the floor was a bit dusty. It wasn’t cleaned to the best standards, as one of the coffee cups had residual liquid inside. …Disgusting. But, the tv was a nice size, and the bed was quite large and very comfortable, overall it was an ok stay, but extremely overpriced. Although it is a walkable distance from the beach side, that should not make it as expensive as it is.

Nevaeh never mentioned a single issue during the stay despite being told at check in to contact me immediately if there were any concerns so they could be addressed right away. Instead, these complaints suddenly appeared afterward in a public review, which is honestly disappointing and misleading. The property is professionally cleaned between every stay, and anyone reading through my reviews can clearly see guests consistently describe the home as spotless, clean, and well maintained. As for the “roach” comment, I seriously question that claim. We are in a coastal area where outdoor water bugs exist like anywhere in the South, but there has never been any type of roach issue at this property. During the stay there were also issues with loud music being played late into the night around 3 or 4 in the morning, excessive noise, and very little respect shown for the property overall. Based on this experience, I would not host Nevaeh again.

Lovely stay

Although I was surprised by the jets overhead (my fault for not looking at the map) I still was well rested for my beach stay. Thank you for the coffee!

Since this is a big Navy town, the sound of freedom flies over the entire oceanfront, not just our place. Most locals and visitors get used to it pretty quick, but if you're vacationing anywhere near the beach here, the jets are part of the package. We’d love to host you again anytime!

A great place to hang for a few days!

This was such a great location. Beach, grocery and restaurants close by!! We loved the doggy trail near by so we could walk our dog. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe walking even at night around there. The place was cozy and comfortable and Joey took great care of all the details so you feel at home away from home. Definitely check this placeOut!! Worth the stay!

My partner and I stayed at Joey’s place and it was AWESOME! very clean and comfortable! I loved the bathroom shower! The bed was very relaxing and the tv was very big! I will be booking with Joey again.
