We enjoyed our stay. It is the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our dog. The fenced in front patio area and backyard are great for a dog and privacy. The hosts provided special touches like snacks, water, etc. Location was good for getting to amphitheater and beach. We would definitely stay here again!

VRBO should hire John and Rachel to train all VRBO hosts. They thought of absolutely anything a renter would need. Place is comfy, very clean and my 2 small dogs really enjoyed both the fenced in backyard and we all enjoyed the private deck/patio with table, umbrella, and gas grill in the front. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies, spices, pots & pans. It’s really close to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shopping. I hope their high standards haven’t ruined my future stays at other VRBO properties. Lol.

Our family is in the real estate business and we travel extensively. We always look first for a vacation rental wherever we travel. We now offer the best of what we have discovered during our travels to you at our very own vacation rental.

Why they chose this property

This home is located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the oceanfront yet close enough to bike or walk. The neighborhood offers a park with tennis courts, a playground, picnic area and a scenic walkway along "Salt Marsh Point" situated as part of Rudee Inlet. Our property is fully furnished, the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need to prepare a gourmet meal or grill out on the front veranda. Located at the entrance to the neighborhood is a playground and park for the the family, tennis courts, a brand new dog park and scenic nature trail which takes you along side of Owls Creek. Our house and neighborhood are both super dog friendly.

What makes this property unique

Our home has a large fenced in front veranda/deck with a 6 burner propane grill and a premium patio table with offset umbrella. The back yard is also fenced in and has a park style bench with end tables and a patio umbrella. This offers you plenty of room to get together if you want or separate spaces if you need a little alone time.
