This vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL, located on the 8th floor of the exclusive Majestic Sun 810A Seascape Resort, is beautifully decorated, offers a private balcony with full views of the Gulf of Mexico, and comes with all of the luxury amenities you expect in a luxurious beach vacation. If you are ready to relax on the beach, reserve Majestic Sun 810A today.


The first thing you will fall in love with in this vacation rental condo is the private balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your morning coffee as the breeze rolls in off the water and unwind in the evenings as the sun sets over the horizon. The elegantly decorated living room features a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door, so you can easily access the balcony and enjoy the natural light from the Florida sun that also flows into the dining area and full kitchen. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and a private master bath. The second bedroom contains two double beds. In the living room, you will also find a sofa sleeper for additional guests. This condo has a washer and dryer in the unit and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, perfect for your next family vacation!


This condo also offers a reserved covered parking spot available for a small fee.


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Honestly, the stay did not live up to my expectations. The view was stunning. You cannot listen to music at the pool, which I really did not like nor can you take food into the pool area. The grills are pretty far from the rooms. I just expected more I guess you’d say.

Great beach across the street and grocery stores, restaurants and shopping within minutes of driving. The view was amazing! Condo was great- nice and quiet. Just needs an ice cream scooper and a pizza cutter.

Fall break fun

I wanted on the beach views of the Gulf and this property had it. I was a little nervous about having to cross the road to get to the beach, but we had no problems! It was easy and a short distance from the property-shorter than other properties that I’ve stayed at overlooking the beach! I booked this property in between storms and was kept up to date on weather information via emails and the “hospitality” app.

The parking garage was so convenient and we were able to buy additional passes if needed. The Glass Casa representatives were awesome and patiently answered my numerous questions. I highly recommend Glass Casa and Majestic Sun!

Reviewer Comments: This unit was probably the worst unit we stayed in at the majestic sun. The couch had stains on it, the beds were hard as a rock, the bed linens were very thin, and the curtains didn’t block any light in the bedrooms. The one bedroom had drywall patch behind the dresser, and the condo had a faint cigarette smoke smell throughout. We booked this room because of the reviews and the pictures, but wouldn’t book it again.
