You are nestled in the privacy of the east end hillside neighborhood of Hood River. Just a short walk to downtown. Enjoy the views of the Columbia River and the Hood River bridge from the wrap-around deck. This little cottage has been thoughtfully remodeled with 'cozy' in mind. You will have everything you need to make your visit to the Gorge just right. two bedrooms, 1 bath. A bonus room with a TV, and cable service. If you would like to stream TV programming remember to bring your own connection cable. Living room with views. Kitchen is well appointed, however no dishwasher. The home is well shaded and comfortable. For summertime, it has a window Air conditioning unit in the living room, in addition to cooling fans in the bedrooms. Lic #: 615 Sorry no AMEX.

Great Cozy Place

Close to town, clean, nice deck with views of the river. We had great wind for windsurfing and wing foiling. Thoroughly enjoyed our second time there.

Lovely home in a cozy little hillside neighborhood. This was a perfect spot to take in great views of the beautiful gorge with all the folks playing on the water. Short walk to town for fun shops and dining options. The house had everything we needed, tips on what to check out in the area, and the host was very kind to let us check in a bit early. Location, beautiful quiet deck with lovely gardens & view. Just a walk away from the little shops of Hood River. The steps to town were a serious calf workout! We loved it & will hopefully stay again! Lots of extras in the kitchen too!

Cute, Clean Cottage with Great Deck, Close to Town

I came with a friend to run an ultra race at Mount Hood. The house was perfect: clean, quiet, close to town. The window AC and fans were more than enough in the middle of a heat wave. Parking and driveway were as described but not a problem.

Cozy cottage with river view

Hillside cottage with a wrap around deck. Lots of outdoor seating. Tucked away location but be prepared for the steep driveway and many stairs to downtown if walking. Inside was as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay. If you want to hang out outside this place is for you. The inside living room area was not ideal to watch TV but that didn’t bother us. Friendly neighborhood cat came to visit. We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great. A little difficult to find but we got there eventually. Very cozy. Really nice views!
