Your home away from home is close to IU campus and College Mall. About a 3 minute drive to College Mall and all the restaurants around the mall. About 7 minutes (2 1/2 miles) to campus. On the East Side of Bloomington in the desirable Hyde Park neighborhood. Over 2,100 square feet of clean and quiet living space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

We have wood flooring throughout with recently updated furniture. You will love the privacy and open living room/family room/kitchen.

Wonderful Stay

We were in town for a football game and decided to give a VRBO a try instead of staying in a hotel. We are so glad we did. Communication and check in were easy and this place was immaculate! Joe, the VRBO host, thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again when visiting our son in Bloomington.

Well Equipped, Super Comfortable!

This townhouse was a perfect home away from home for our celebration with our niece. Close to downtown, close to the University, and everything else you would need. The townhouse itself was well-equipped and actually had 4 beds instead of the 3 advertised. TVs with cable, plenty of pillows and blankets, plus a wonderful kitchen all included. Will stay again!

What a sweet setup. I wish we had a little more time to actually enjoy the home, and we were In Bloomington for business. There were 4 of us and each person was able to have their own room. First class hospitality by the owners. I will stay here next time I am in Bloomington for sure!

Great Property

My wife and I we’re moving our daughter into IU and we were looking for a place to relax and unwind in the evenings. We definitely found it! The home was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. Located in a quiet neighborhood we found it a great place to take evenings walks or sit out on the patio (which we did nightly). We’ll definitely be back!

Holiday Weekend Get Away

Cozy rental in a great location. We boated at Lake Monroe and ate at Nick's English Hut. This is the best stocked home we have had the pleasure of renting. Kitchen is completely stocked , including water and soda in the refrigerator waiting for you. A stocked candy dish and toiletry bowl were appreciated. Enjoyed opening time outside with the fire bowl. The home was very clean. This is a great property to rent. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Bloomington's Best Stay

This property is wonderful! There was plenty of room for our group of 2 couples and a teen. It was immaculately cleaned, and had plenty of fresh towels, extra pillows and blankets. They had stocked the fridge with beverages and had extra toiletries in the bathrooms in case we forgot anything. There were lots of big couches & chairs, newer tvs in every room, a big dining table & barstools. There was plenty of lighting and lots of dimming options. If the inside isn't enough there is a great patio and yard to enjoy. We also enjoyed use of the electric car charger. Joe's communication was great and he got back to me quickly when I had questions. If you are heading to Bloomington, look no further.

Amazing property

My wife and I came to visit our son at I.U. ! This house was amazing. It was better than what we expected ! If you forget anything at home this place probably has it. They had tooth brushes, razors, shampoo, soap and the list goes on. Quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard! We will definitely be here again when we visit! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place!

This condo was very nice, beautiful, clean, fully stocked. We had very cold weather but would have loved to enjoy the outdoor amenities, the grill, firepit, patio etc. Inside was homey and the open floor plan was great for groups because of the different sections but still together. Host was very accessible and accomodating. Would love to stay again.

Great time with family

We stayed here with our two adult children and their spouse/girlfriend. It was wonderful. The house is near everything, yet far enough away from things that it’s very quiet. The guys golfed, the girls shopped, and we are at some neat restaurants. In the evenings, we sat by the fire pit, and played bags/cards/jenga. The house had lots of seating in the living room area, a beautiful kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms. Extra touches such as toiletry baskets, hand sanitizer, and water/soda in the fridge were unexpected, but super nice. I wouldn’t change a thing. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

Even BETTER than it looks - And that's saying something!

When you look at their 5-star rated property, you might not imagine it could get any better, but it really is even more wonderful in person. Everything in the hosts' home says "Welcome" and "Quality" - all the finishes - the gathering spaces, the shower, the appliances, the furnishings - all of it. It's also very apparent that the hosts care - about family, about guests, about friends, and you'll understand this more when you arrive. :) It was a wonderful respite during a weekend chocked full of family wedding festivities. My wife and I recently purchased this condo so we can spend more time with family. My wife had a double lung transplant on October 29, 2015 and we made a commitment after that to put family first. My parents, 2 brothers, and a sister all live in Bloomington. Additionally, my undergraduate degree is from Indiana University (Class of 1992). We love to host and meet cool people.

We fell in love with this condo because of the large open space, the three sided fireplace, and the quiet location.
