This wonderful unit is located in the exclusive Ocean Club Community in Wild Dunes Resort. There are very few condominiums on the Isle of Palms equaling the proximity to the ocean and breathtaking views offered here at 1302 Ocean Club.

The spacious living areas are comfortable, cozy, and quiet with nearly floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the spectacular view. The spacious balcony allows for perfect al fresco dining or afternoon cocktails while enjoying the Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, two of the three bedrooms share this amazing ocean front view! All three bedrooms enjoy en suite bathrooms for full privacy, and there’s a half bath as well, perfect for visitors to the condo! There are two master suites, each with king beds and direct access to oceanfront decks. You might even see the shrimp trawlers along the coastline during the morning sunrise, glimpse passing dolphins, or exciting kiteboarders on the waves! The third bedroom has two twin beds, along with its private bathroom.

After spending time at the beach, enjoy the amenity of the swim center at Ocean Club Villas, with a new large pool and separate hot tub. It is easily the nicest pool complex on Isle of Palms! Grills are also available close to the pool in case you wanted to grill fish following a charter fishing expedition. The Wild Dunes Links Golf Course is only a long par five from Ocean Club Villa. Huey’s Restaurant is an excellent dining choice, that shares the Links Golf Course Club House.
Getting to the beach or the pool at Ocean Club is easy. This condo is located with easy access to the elevator (perfect for all ages) and stairs. The ocean is only steps away from our condo for making the most of your beach fun time!

Things to Know:
• This property has a strict 2-vehicle capacity.
• Garage parking is exclusively for owners.
• This property does not have access to the Wild Dunes pool or gym—only the Ocean Club pool.
• Construction projects take place during the off-season, starting one day after Labor Day and ending one week before Memorial Day. Please keep this in mind when booking during this period, as Island Realty may not always be aware of specific project details or schedules.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view - and the big deck was perfect for cocktails and reading. The place is very dated and in need of attention - but everything in the kitchen and bathrooms worked fine and the living room was very comfortable. Definitely an enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

Wonderful Stay

We spent 3 nights over Thanksgiving and had a great expierience. One night we had some local friends over and had plenty of room with the large porch and living/dining areas. The bedrooms were all comfy and we had plenty of room in the bathrooms. The unit was very clean and there wasn't anyting we needed to contact management about, so that made the stay even easier. The view down the shore was beautiful and unobstructed. Thank you, we'll be back!

A little disappointed at the cleanliness of our unit as we walked in. Such a beautiful place should have a better cleaning crew. The condo, location and amenities were awesome!! The view and beach, priceless. Good time had by all. We all didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

Gorgeous, Spacious and all the comforts for a Girls Getaway or Family Stay.

As frequent beach goers up and down the Atlantic coast, we would highly recommend this gorgeous property located in the exclusive Wild Dunes Resort. While quiet and remote, this place had all the creature comforts of home and far exceeded our expectations. This trip we were 6 Ladies traveling for a girls weekend. We enjoyed the comfortable sleeping accommodations, and the place was well-equipped with everything from blow dryers to blenders! We love to cook and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed sunrises on the patio and chatted around the comfortable living room in the evenings. By day, we walked the lush, well-maintained grounds and the pool areas were lovely (too cool to enjoy during this stay). The Resort had placed bags along the beach shore to prevent erosion - typical for these Carolina shores - but that didn't stop us from enjoying the miles of pristine beach to the South every day! The beach is literally at your feet and the views from this 3rd floor condo are terrific. I can't wait to come back to this property and bring my family!

location, location, location

-Unit was dirty- mold growing in the bathrooms, urine left in one of the toilets upon arrival. -the blinds are very finicky -maintenance showed up at 8:30am one morning without notice from the office or ID, wanting to check the unit for a leak. It turned out to be legit but creepy. -poor cell service in the unit -The grounds are poorly labeled. The buildings should have better identification. It took us 2 days to find the pool even with a map. -Poor beach access. Signs say to stay off the dunes but you have to go through the dunes to get to the beach. -We did not cook in the unit but the kitchen seemed well equipped- so many wonderful restaurants nearby! -Overall I would recommend the unit- the view can't be beat, the covered deck was huge (our favorite spot), beds were very comfortable.

The condo was at a great location, it was large and was very convenient to have a bathroom in each bedroom. The bathrooms do need updated and repaired and cleaned properly. The shower door was broken and grout was dirty. Living room furniture was stained and food was found on floor of balcony and living room. Food was also left in the refrigerator from previous tenants. That being said, once we cleaned the floors the other things were easy to overlook because it was such a nice unit otherwise. Updating the bathrooms, making minor repairs, updating and freshening up paint and changing the cleaning crew would make this property a 10 out of 10. For now I give it an 8.

Foul Smell

Hi, Unfortunately my family checked out early due to the ongoing foul smell of the unit and lack of response from the rental office. We placed baking soda in the refrigerator which appeared to be the source of the smell. It was obvious that some type of fish or seafood was left in the refrigerator until spoilage. I cleaned the refrigerator thoroughly prior to using and placed a box of baking soda to help absorb the smell. However, the smell did not go away. Someone (either the owner, housekeeper or rental agent) put an "air purifier" plugged into the outlet, which did not help and "plug-ins" were placed in the unit. The plug ins only caused my son's asthma to act up, that forced him to leave early and was very disappointing. My family traveled from California, Charlotte and New York. We have stayed at Wild Dunes at least once or twice yearly for many many years, (>10 years) and this was extremely disappointing in that we have not experienced this previously. I tried on several occasions to contact the rental office and was on hold for extended periods of time, and was not able to reach anyone. The master bedroom when the blankets were turned down had a tissue between the sheets, which prompted me to wash and dry the sheets prior to sleeping in the bed. In addition, the washing machine has a leak and the dryer door will not stay closed.
