Our home is best suited for special events / weekends / football games.

Enjoy your Ann Arbor adventure from a truly unique house. Stay at our bright and distinctive two story limestone home in Ann Arbor’s Stadium district. This 2200 sf private family residence offers a great base from which to explore Ann Arbor. Perfect for graduation get togethers, football games, or family reunions. Less than a mile to the stadium (12 minute walk) and less than 3 miles to downtown. Our house is close to coffee, shops, grocery stores, and parks and trails, and is easily accessible to freeways.

The first floor consists of a large living room / open space / office, a bright and cozy sun room (pull out sofa), dining room (seats up to 8), kitchen, bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom and large entry room - a great bar / hangout area.

The second floor has two large bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a queen size bed) and a bathroom.
The lower level has a large rec room space with sofa, TV, full bathroom, games and toys, and a double futon.

Enjoy our professionally landscaped backyard - perfect for pre game fun, morning coffee, or just reading and enjoying nature!

Parking for up to three cars in driveway and plenty of street parking available. Lots of outdoor space / deck / fire pit to enjoy.

Family stayed to watch Michigan football. House was clean comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. Bonus was the TV area on the lower floor with access to all the channels and streaming services we wanted.

Beautiful Ann Arbor house, great for a bigger group

This is a beautiful, well kept family home that is very comfortable for a larger group. The host family made sure the house was set up for us and communication with the owner was great. It is close to the Big House in a nice neighborhood and an easy 12-15 minute drive to UMich campus. Nicely landscaped backyard is ready made for relaxing. We would gladly book again.

Charming house in quiet residential area

We stayed in this charming and comfortable house for a game weekend. We walked to the stadium (20-25 minutes). The area is residential and quaint, and away from the campus hubbub. The host was very responsive. The house was clean with lots of character. Recommended stay!

Great location, great place, great owners

This house is a great find if it listed. It sleeps 8 comfortably and has everything you need. So much better than hotel rooms. Great of a weekend of football or for graduation. You can definitely walk to the Big House or Chrysler arena. Has a main floor BR if you have people in your group that don't want to climb stairs up or down. The owners communicated well and made us feel welcome their home.

This property was perfect for 8 gals in town for a football game. Great location - walking distance to the Big House. Eclectic house with lots of space for a group. Well appointed and very clean. Dealing with the owners was so easy. Would highly recommend this property!

Football Weekend

We had a great stay! The property was perfect for our group of 5 couples in town for a football game. The 15-minute walk to the stadium couldn't have been easier, and the house is clearly loved and well cared for. It was a bit chilly so we didn't get to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked but over the summer the backyard tiki bar would be a ton of fun! I'd absolutely recommend this listing to anyone traveling in for a football game or just for a fun weekend in Ann Arbor!

Thank you for sharing your home with us for the Michigan vs. Penn State weekend. It is beautiful and you were great to communicate with. The rooms were perfect. The house was extremely clean and close to The Big House and downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would make it the first place we look for availability should we need a place again. A perfect house for anything

This house is as charming as the pictures. It is cozy and I exceptionally clean. Located really close to the stadium it is perfect for football games. The owners have a bunch of chairs, lawn games and other fun this for your stay and we made great use fire pit. Hoping to make another trip next year and stay here again!!

Clean and welcoming home with many comfortable sleeping arrangements! Walking distance to stadium.

The home was so clean and welcoming when we arrived. Each room with sleeping arrangements was perfect, no couple felt like they didn’t have a great option. Each floor had a full bathroom for the coordinating bedrooms to use. This was definitely a plus for those of us women getting ready for the wedding we were attending. The central air was nice as well as the weather was warmer on our first day of our stay. The owners left a sweet welcoming gift and made themselves available if we needed them. The backyard was the most serene place to spend the day, our weather was perfect for being out back. We loved the seating around the fire pit, the hammocks were definitely used throughout our stay and the patio was great for lounging. I think every couples’ favorite accommodation was the Nespresso machine for coffee each morning. How kind of the owners to allow us to use it provide the coffee! The stadium was within walking distance but the neighborhood was far enough away to be quiet and allowed for all of us to have ample parking. The house was very spacious and none of us felt like we were on top of one another. We would most definitely spend another reunion weekend at this wonderful home.

Great backyard. Comfortable home and plenty of space for our group. Location is a short walk from Michigan Stadium so it was so convenient and easy to get there and downtown. Kat and Mark were very hospitable and welcoming.

Comfortable house, Kathy was a good host!

We enjoyed our stay in Ann Arbor at Kathy's comfortable house. We think it should have been advertised as a 4 bedroom instead of 5 as there was no heat on the sun porch and my brother and his wife who slept on the prepared bed out there were a little cold. Otherwise, great location and we would recommend for a getaway!

Great house and super convenient to Michigan Stadium, campus and town.

The house was clean and spacious. Kathy was easy to deal with, organized and very helpful. This was the perfect place for a few families to spend a reunion weekend together, particularly given the short walk to the game. We highly recommend it.

Great stay in a convenient location

I stayed at this property for a Michigan football weekend and had a great experience. The house comfortably sleeps 10 with sufficient bathrooms and space. The owner (Kathy) was great to work with - she sent ample information regarding the house in advance, and was prompt at responding to questions throughout the weekend. The house is also very close to the Big House and only a short drive away from campus. My group would absolutely stay again!
