VICTORY's pencil dream flat

The apartment, bright, quiet and renovated, consisting of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, is located a few steps from Teatro Massimo, Piazza Politeama and from the major sites of artistic and cultural interest. Finished with taste and with the designs of little Vittoria, the house offers the necessary comforts to promote well-being and relaxation. There are also books and toys for children. Cot available. It is located on the third floor but the building has no lift. In the area there are various bars, supermarkets and parking lots. The apartment is located immediately outside the ZTL.

SPACE
White and beige are the dominant colors of the house to ensure a feeling of calm and relaxation. The furnishings are modern and essential. Vittoria's drawings (6 years) are small masterpieces. A double sofa bed is also available in the living area, if there is a need for separate beds. The apartment has two balconies (living room and main bedroom) where you can sip a coffee in the morning, taste a glass of wine in the evening or leave the laundry to dry. There are two windows (one in the kitchen and one in the other bedroom) and two windows (one in the entrance and one in the bathroom). In the bathroom there is an aerator that is automatically activated by turning on the light.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, water boiler, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board, linen tongs, wine glasses and various types of crockery to make your stay as comfortable as expected.
From the TV you can listen to the main Italian radio broadcasters. There is an internet connection via wifi.
There are many pocket books in Italian, some illustrated books on the city and Sicily, and playing cards, business cards with information for shopping, parking, breakfast.
There are air conditioners in the living room and in the two bedrooms.

HOSPITALITY
Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by me or my husband Carmelo who will help you pick up your bags and give you all the information you need to manage the apartment and your stay in the city.
As a welcome you will find water, juice or tea, biscuits, cereals, honey and jam.

THE DISTRICT
The neighborhood is quiet and full of services. A few steps from via Roma and via Cavour. Very close to the Teatro Massimo and many restaurants where you can eat excellent meals, drink or have an ice cream. In via Bentivegna (parallel street) there is a Carrefour supermarket. In via Scordia there is the food "Sapori e Delizie" which offers delicious cheeses, cold cuts and gastronomy of excellent quality. Nearby you can also find a pharmacy open 24 hours a day.
The bus stop is on via Roma, a few steps away. It is possible to buy tickets in the tobacconists below the house. With bus 101 you can reach the central station in a few minutes. There are car / motorbike / bicycle parking lots in via Principe di Scordia, via Bentivegna and via Guardione (lower). Reaching places of cultural tourist interest is really simple. A few steps away there is also the entrance to the port where ferries and hydrofoils leave for the island of Ustica and the Aeolian Islands.
