About this property

Family friendly property on a nature reserve with spa access

Occupying a super corner site on the popular Beaumont Village development this delightful three bedroom cottage offers generous accommodation for six people. With easy access to the spa and trails leading to all activities and countryside walks, it has something for everyone! The property has its own enclosed garden and is pet friendly, ideal for those who want to take man’s best friend away with them. All fixtures, fittings and furniture are of the best quality.

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen offering everything you need to keep the family at full strength, Hob, Oven, Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and a full supply of kitchenware and utensils. The lounge/diner has triple aspect windows with relaxing furniture and a family dining table seating six. Folding patio doors overlook the paved patio and garden. There is also a ground floor shower room and toilet.

FIRST FLOOR
Approached from a half turn staircase the landing is bright and airy, giving access to three good bedrooms. The master super king bedroom has an en-suite shower-room and toilet along with a fitted wardrobe and vanity unit, whilst Bed two and three have access to the family bathroom on the landing, both have fitted wardrobes, bed two a double bed and bed three bunk beds.

OUTSIDE
This property is dog friendly and has an enclosed garden suitable for your dog to run free whilst you relax on the patio. There is a comfortable set of table and chairs and table umbrella. The garden enjoys a sunny aspect most of the day.

ADDITIONAL
Central heating throughout. Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot and high chair available for £10, subject to availability. Please advise at time of booking. Wi-Fi included.

This property will allow one well behaved dog.
