Villa Nikka with Beautiful Garden and Pool

Modern villa with a private saltwater pool and garden, located 25 km from Rovinj. Villa Nikka was completely renovated in 2018, and offers the guests total privacy and relaxation. The 230 sqm of the villa are tastefully furnished with simple and modern furniture. The ground floor consists of a living room, an open fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. The covered terrace overlooks the gorgeous spacious garden with swimming pool. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, and each of them has a private bathroom with a shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and provides private parking, bed linen and towels. The villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation in Istria, away from the city noise and crowds - perfect for making memories with family and friends.
