Modern apartment in the center of Poreč, near the beach, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking. The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a living room with a kitchen and a dining table for 3 people, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower that can be accessed from one bedroom. They are air-conditioned in the living room. The rental price includes bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and parking for one car in the nearby public parking lot. Pets are welcome! There are several beaches north or south of the Old Town, 1–10 minutes away by food depending on the location of the apartment, one beach in the Old Town and one beach on the island of St. Nicholas. In the area called "Center" there is a large supermarket and several smaller shops, cafés, restaurants, a clothing store, a market, a marina, a museum, galleries, a public library.
