About this property

This charming villa is located 300 meters above sea level in the Salobre Golf Resort and offers beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains. The golf resort is located in a prime location in the south of the islands, just a few minutes drive from the golden sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, a supermarket, a restaurant and a golf school.

The house

The cozy accommodation is split over two floors. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. On the lower floor there is another bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and the open living room with dining area and kitchen.

The house is well equipped with electric stove, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, cot, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), internet (WIFI), satellite TV and DVD player.

The outdoor area

From the living room leads to the terrace, which is equipped with a dining table and a barbecue. From here, some steps lead to the garden and pool area (3 mx 1.5 mx 1.4 m). Next to the main entrance to the house is another lawn with sun loungers, which invite you to enjoy the sunny climate of Gran Canaria. The pool can be heated for an additional charge per day to 24º-26º.The complex also has a shared area with a large communal pool (18 mx 5 m / 1.5 m).

The house is located in a beautiful complex on the golf course Salobre Golf. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills in the sun. Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green grounds, the jogging track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.

Nice house close to Salobre Resort Hotel

The house was nice and clean and well maintained.Unfortunately the house is located next to the parking lot of the hotel. This is why it is quite noisy during the night, especially during the weekends as the Hotel plays live music in the evening. Currently a lot of construction work is happening in the resort, so that there is a lot of noise between workdays. The communication with the reception is possible via WhatsApp, which was quite nice to address questions and issues during the stay.
