Spend an unforgettable holiday in the south of France, near Hyères, thanks to Villa Mesomax, a recently renovated Villa in Carqueiranne. It is at the heart of the Côte d'Azur, just opposite the Giens peninsula, the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and the Levant. You will be just 8 minutes by car from Almanarre beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in France, internationally known in the world of windsurfers.
Entirely air-conditioned, the apartments of the Villa are located Plein Sud on a wooded hill overlooking the sea, the Domaine de la Californie.
Great calm without vis-à-vis.

The Villa "Mesomax" is made up of 2 independent apartments:

- The garden level with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for 2, 4, 6, possibly 8 people (on request)
- The ground floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large terrace for 2 or 4 people

Each apartment is independent with a separate access
The 2 apartments can occasionally be rented together

In the garden you will find a pétanque court and a 60 m2 (12 m / 5 m) and 2.50 m deep swimming pool.
Hyères and Carqueiranne offer more than 20 km of coastline with very diverse beaches that can satisfy all tastes.

Greatly situated house in a calm corner on top of a hill, very peaceful, great view of the sea and Carqueiranne harbor, surrounded by lots of plants, good and large swimming pool. Good infrastructure for a family of five, all you need to cook yourself. Comfortable beds, we slept very well. We would have liked to stay longer.
