This big, beautiful Ultimate Seacrest Beach house has 7 bedrooms, 9 baths, elevator, private heated oasis pool, and a huge game room with arcade, foosball, dual TVs and panoramic Gulf views! Over 5,000 square feet + 1,500 square feet of outdoor living space!


The AMAZING Ultimate Beach House will sleep up to 30 people in beds! No Sleeper sofas. There are 5 king ensuites all perfectly designed for comfort and luxury combined. They all have spacious private bathrooms. There are 2 bunk rooms, both complete with 2 queen over queen bunk beds each for the kids, or even the adults can be comfortable in these custom bunks!


The main floor is a spacious open floor plan with a large kitchen featuring 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, an icemaker, a huge island to entertain or prepare your meals, spacious countertops for cooking and prepping and all upgraded appliances make this kitchen area a chef's dream!


The dining room has two tables each seating 8-10. The bar also has seating for 5 additional people in nice bar stools. Relax on the HUGE sectional in the living room as you look out to the amazing pool area.


The pool deck is complete with furniture to relax on. The expansive balconies have amazing Gulf views and have seating as well as a table and chairs to enjoy a meal while taking in the salty air and gorgeous sunsets!

3) This property has 10 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
5) This is Pet Friendly with a Pet Fee - $350 + tax (MAX 2 pets)
6) Pool heat is included with the rental cost (can be turned on upon request). Except for September 1st - April 30th.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautiful, and it was exactly as pictured. It was VERY clean. Beds were very comfortable, and all of the appliances are top notch. We comfortably fit 24 adults and a few children in the house and did not feel, at any point, that we were invading spaces. The owners were very communicative from beginning to end. HIGHLY recommend this house if you are traveling with a large party!

Bachelorette Trip

We had a group of 18 stay for my bachelorette party this past weekend and it was amazing. The property was so beautiful and it's a superb location. Great Multifamily Home

We stayed here with 6 different families and a TON of children. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom, which was great. The kids loved the bunk beds. It’s a short walk to the beach and easy access to all the neighboring towns. We will for sure consider returning!

This property is amazing. The house is stunning and has everything you need. It has an elevator in it, the bedding was so comfortable and the bike ride was the perfect distance to go get a coffee or go to the shops. 10/10 would recommend!

Great vacation house

This house was amazing! The house was cleaner perfectly, everything worked as expected. Our garbage disposal stopped working one evening and the property team sent someone to fix it within the hour, which was great. The house has gorgeous views of the ocean, and the beach access is right across the street. Overall, we would definately book this property again.

Wonderful Experience!

We went for a bachelorette and we had the best time! The property company was easy to work with and the house was everything and more! Unfortunately, we weren’t notified that the grill wasn’t working and construction was happening next door, but our main contact brought a grill the next day and they were very accommodating. We hope to come back again!

Long February weekend

The property is visually and pragmatically striking, from the first second walking in the door. High ceilings, great fixtures, everything you would expect of a home of this quality. We did have a few minor incidents during our stay that were promptly remedied and addressed by management or others. The walk to the beach is less than a minute, and the location is exceptional as well, with seacrest to the west, and Alys Beach and Rosemary to the east. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just what we needed.

We were after a house with multiple king bedrooms. This property gave us that and some. Eight adults and five children under 4. With bad weather from Sally, we were glad we had the space to move around. Had several issues that were not fault of property ( A/C and plumbing) but these were resolved in timely manner with the help of Kelsi, property representative. Biggest issue we had with house was kitchen utensils, specifically the non-stick fry pans. These should have replaced a long time ago. Most of Teflon on one of them was worn off ie. health hazard. A property of this level should take better notice of this and replace when needed. TV was good but only two tv’s could get local channels. Pool was great and can’t beat the location (unless you’re right on beach). Would definitely stay here again (assuming fry pans replaced).

I stayed at this beautiful property with 15 girls for my bachelorette and it was a wonderful experience all around! The home was stunning and offered everything we needed and then some. The management company was responsive, accommodating and very kind. The only thing that was tough to work around was the early morning check out. However, management was kind enough to let us keep our belongings by the pool as we explored the beach town/before we took off from the airport. Another thing to note is there is a LOT of construction in the area (management cannot control this obviously), and we are all coughing a ton from the debris. It was also challenging to walk around the area (only a smart portion of the street) where the sidewalk was getting remodeled. I anticipate that the construction will settle soon. Nonetheless, I recommend this home for groups of all sizes and needs- from family reunions to bach parties, this home has it all!

Great house!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect beach getaway at a beautiful house. Our only issue was the massive amounts of flys flying around the kitchen and living room. Seemed to be a problem as soon as we arrived. The toilets needed some plumbing fixed but the property management came to fix. Overall a great stay if the fly problem can be fixed.

Lovely vacation home

We had a three generation family trip here, for 21 people total. We loved the layout of the home and never felt crowded. The kids loved the Pac-Man video game! Easy walk to the beach, gorgeous balcony views. Only complaints are the lack of communication at check in, which kept us waiting to get into the house. Little annoying that there were no dishes on the third floor kitchen and no grill (as pictured). The beautiful master bath was not working, much to my disappointment. Would have been helpful to have a welcome packet with a map to the beach access. Overall, a delightful stay and we are already considering it again for our family trip next year!

Great Property Management company but home had a few issues

We had a lot of issues with this particular home but 30A Escapes quickly resolved them by finding us another property very close by with even more amenities within hours of our complaints. I probably would not stay at this property again but I will definitely book with 30A escapes in any of their other properties.

Nice Property but a little disappointing

The property overall was nice but it definitely had its flaws. For a house that can host 30 people, the utensils were severely lacking. We only had two spoons in the draw upon arriving for Thanksgiving week. I notified the property manager and she did not bring extra utensils until two days later! We purchased our own utensils and were never reimbursed. The upstairs AC unit did not work well and that area of the house remained hot our entire trip....in November. I can only imagine how hot it is in the summer. We will not stay here again.
