Great property in a great location, would highly recommend. Lots of great eateries nearby (driving 10 mins or so)Very well equipped, you’ll need to take basic home provisions or check with Charles whats already there. Very easy check-in and check-out… all very smooth, ample parking.

We were four adults and throughly enjoyed our three nights stay.The property was clean and much larger than i expected. Two nice double bedrooms and good sized open plan kitchen and sitting room.Very nice.Our host,Charles, was on hand to help with check in and for the rest of our stay.He was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the property to anyone who is looking for stay in that area.

What a gem of a place!

Our stay at the Old Stables made our first visit to Norfolk a memorable one. The hosts are one in a million with everything thought of & taken care of. The place is well maintained, spacious, delightfully sunny, clean, comfortable, well placed for day trips and like a home from home. When we return to Norfolk, we'd love to stay here again. The hosts are the warmest people who take every effort to make people staying at their place comfortable. They are at hand to help with things or information you may need. We can not recommend it highly enough.

Great place to stay for many reasons

The communication and lead up to arriving from the owners was brilliant, and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, The Old Stables was really clean, tidy and was the perfect place for me and my family to stay and explore Norfolk. Docking is ideally situated to explore many of the beaches and the owners gave us some great ideas on places to visit while we were there. We had a great stay here and will definitely be back in the future!

The Old Stables

Lovely cottage, comfortable, clean and in a good location. The owners were very welcoming and helped to ensure we had a great break in North Norfolk.
