A wonderful stay!

A nicely decorated, well thought out and beautifully maintained rental cottage. Everything you require is provided including lovely white, fluffy towels. Every utensil needed and great appliances in the kitchen. Lovely gardens, both front and back. Only gripes (and they are small) is the electric shower was mediocre and not the comfiest couch. However, these would not stop me from staying there again!

Weekend break

Harpers cottage is in a very quiet location nice and peaceful. There isn’t much in the village the pub isn’t open so you have to drive But there are nice walks over to the common which was nice for our dogs. This cottage is ok for two small dogs as it’s a very small place plus the garden isn’t adjacent to the cottage and padlocked ( inc garden furniture ) which was a hassle if you wanted to use the garden. The appliances and furniture are all of cheap quality and easily breakable. We had to be very careful. The security here is over the top especially when checking out is at 10 and someone turns up to check your leaving on time. We both thought it wasn’t worth the money we paid.
