Our family of 4 (children 5 & 8) had a fantastic 10 days at Blueberry1. We found the location was great for us. A 10 min walk down to the main harbour area but there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants on the whole route down, starting from the ones on the doorstep. The hill is steep in parts but there are cheap and easy taxis for when you want to save your legs on the way back. A good sized supermarket is a 1 minute walk away. We spent most our time around the good sized pool which was really good for us. There’s a lot of space around the garden for sun bathing and shaded options all day. Full sun was on the pool from around 10-4:30 in July. Internally the apartment had everything you need including lots of towels. The showers were good and beds are comfy. A nice big lounge and sofa. If you like a pitch black bedroom you’ll need an eye mask. The only slight annoyance was the restaurant next door occasionally played its music quite loud, nothing offensive, but loud enough to have to listen as it was drowning out our own (modest volume) music. We are already planning our return for next year!
