About this property
Santa Lucia Suite, apartment with lovely view over the shore
Santa Lucia Suite is the expression of owner' s passion for renovation and furnishing and was born as an ideal shelter from the everyday life. After much research was chosen for its location, close to the seaside, but positioned up enough to have its breathtaking views (and a nice refreshing breeze, necessary during summer) and still being not at all isolated as a part of that quaint little universe that is the village of Santa Lucia.
It is organized on 4 levels: at 1st level there is the double bedroom with its own independent entrance on one of the ancient streets of the village, its own bathroom and its own access to the garden and the roof terrace. Also on the first level, with an access from the main road, there is a one-car private garage available to guests.
At 2nd level are the kitchen, the main bathroom and the living room with further access to the garden and terrace.
At 3rd are placed the main entrance, which is on the main street of the village, the single bedroom (with the additional single bed) and the smallest bathroom with no shower. 4th floor is represented by the main double bedroom.
To conclude, two couples of words about the garden and the terrace: they are the best. They make it amazing to sit and read looking at the landscape, they make it a great memory having a dinner with friends on the terrace too! For our guests, an above-ground swimming pool has been added to the garden.
The outdoor hot tub will be open from 1 April to 1 November
