Well, you've found it. Our recently updated home is perfect for your vacation needs. In addition to the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, there are 3 bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms, and a private pool. This end unit townhouse faces a beautiful lake view and a large green space for extra enjoyment. One of the closest walks to the all new five star resort. The resort hosts a zero entry pool, hot tub, colorful kid splash area, multiple water slides, movie theater, game room, snack bar, and convenience store. Perfect for a day at home.

An added bonus, it's only 2.5 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort's main gate! Close enough to come home for afternoon naps and dip in the pool. Convenient to Universal Studios also.

Fabulous property!

We've just returned from a week at Windsor Hills (staying on the complex alongside a number of other families from the UK as our daughters were competing in a cheer comp) & were very impressed by this property. We are a family of 4, our 2 daughters loved having their own bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms - as did we after a first week elsewhere in Florida all sharing the one hotel room! The property had all the amenities we required & was kept clean. We didn't use the plunge pool as we were so close to the main complex pool where most families gathered. Some friends had booked the larger villas with private pools, but remarked on how much better positioned our house was, particularly as we all did use the communal pool lots. If we were to come back to Orlando I'd definitely book this property again! impressed with this property.

Fantastic Town House

Really enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable & felt very secure. We loved the pool. The area felt very safe, and within easy reach of the parks, shopping & numerous restaurants. The Owners replied to messages quickly. Check in process was smooth. We’d definitely book again :)

Great house , convenient for parks and clean

Loved this townhouse, nice and quiet, everything you need, lovely and clean, little pool for cooling off, close to clubhouse and entrance, easy drive to all the parks and Walmart just up the road from entrance to Windsor Hills. Great communication from owner and easy check in. Would stay here again when we return to Orlando.

Beautiful and spacious home.

Such a lovely home to spend 2 weeks holiday, didn't want to leave!! Very clean and had everything we needed. Had a small issue with ice dispenser but contacted owner and was easily fixed. The splash pool was fab, my young children loved it and the main large pool was excellent. Walmart and plenty restaurants/shops all 5-10min drive. Overall we loved staying here and hope to come back one day for another vacation. Thanks Kim.

Lovely property on private gated estate + great location for Disney !

This was our first time booking independently and we are so happy we chose Windsor Hills and this this town house as part of our vacation! This town house was very clean, had lots of amenities and the space was great for the 6 of us for 2 weeks. This town house in Windsor Hills is close to all attractions and the gated security is great. We holiday in Florida most years and would definitely book this town house again myself and my family all agreed this town house felt like home the minute that we stepped inside, we loved it here!! Great house in a fantastic location

Enjoyed our stay in this easy townhouse. House was spotless and everything worked perfectly. Little private pool was great for an evening dip after a long day at the theme parks. Only grumble was it was so pristine that there was nothing left for us when we arrived. In a self catering property, some condiments and some coffee would have been very welcome. Also one set of bathroom miniatures for 4 people with three bathrooms and only one toilet roll per bathroom seems rather mean and not echoed in either of the other 2 properties we have stayed in on this vacation.

Fabulous stay with our family

We had a fabulous stay in Kimberley’s townhome. It was very well appointed, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Although it was chilly during our January stay, our two grandsons thoroughly enjoyed both the private splash pool, as well as the resort pool. The location for WDW could not have been better, and we enjoyed coming back to the Windsor Hill community, away from the busy and crowded parks. Thank you!

We chose this property due to it being near ESPN for a cheer completion. Everything was great from the reservation process to checkout. Super Close to Disney!!

Perfect location for our weekend Disney trip. Maybe 20 minutes from door to parking (a little longer to get to the park at MK because of the ferry or train).A bit further from universal if that’s your destination but still not too far.

Great place to stay for a Disney Vacation

My family and I stayed at this property for an entire week while we visited Disney and Universal. There were 6 of us total, with varying ages. The location is a short walking distance to the large pool. The neighborhood was very quiet. It is a quick trip to all of the theme parks. Would highly recommend this property!

Amazing Property

Perfect for Disney trip

The house was in a great location close enough and an easy drive to all Disney parks. The kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of towels and the kids enjoyed the lion king room and the pool. Plenty of space for everyone to have some down time.

We have stayed in the Windsor Hills resort many times. The pool, location, and 5 star amenities are wonderful. We purchased our home as a way to share our dream with others. The area is perfect to come home to after a busy theme park day and has many fun things to do for a more relaxing day at home. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Why they chose this property

This home has everything you would need at the price of hotel. Three well appointed rooms each with en suite bathrooms. The club house and pool area has just undergone a major renovation. This now has 4 water slides, kids splash area, and hot tub to compliment the current zero entry pool. There is basketball, putt putt, and game room located in the resort too.
