Casa El Olivo is a family-friendly, three-story townhouse located just 145 meters from Marbella's finest beach, in the heart of the exclusive Golden Mile. Perfectly situated, it’s within walking distance of Marbella Town, Puerto Banús, shops, and excellent restaurants.



Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa El Olivo is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.



This beautifully redecorated property, nestled in the small community of Marbellamar, offers comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for up to twelve guests. The house features modern bathrooms, power showers, and high-quality cotton sheets and towels, ensuring a luxurious stay. Guests can enjoy both sunny and shaded outdoor seating on the spacious lower terrace, perfect for relaxation and dining, with a BBQ available for al fresco meals.



At Casa El Olivo, nothing is off-limits. Guests have full access to the entire house, including the sun-drenched terrace with comfortable seating areas and a BBQ, as well as the top-floor bedrooms with a small balcony and a playroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, hob, microwave, and even a Nespresso machine, catering to all your culinary needs.



For those seeking adventure, Casa El Olivo is surrounded by a range of activities, from water sports, cable skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing, to dolphin safaris, boat charters, horse riding, and golf at one of the many outstanding courses along the coast. The property also offers access to a private community swimming pool (open in the summer months) and tennis/padel courts.



Within just 500 meters, you'll find some of the coast’s best restaurants, with four supermarkets located within a seven-minute walk. Guests are truly spoiled for choice when it comes to local dining and amenities.



The property offers fast and free Wi-Fi with speeds up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests can enjoy over 1,000 TV channels in various languages, including English, Swedish, French, and Russian. Included are BT Sports, Sky Movies, all Sky Sports channels, and a vast selection of free movies and box sets.



The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.



For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.

Easter: Saturday 28 March to Sunday 5 April, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (weather permitting)



April 5 to May 1: Pool closed



May 1 to June 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



June 16 to August 31: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.



September 1 to October 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



The pool is closed outside these dates and times.
