Small and comfortable. Near to all areas we wanted to visit. Easy access to property. Quiet despite being on main road. Jacuzzi was a nice touch though quite small. Enjoyed our stay

Very nice cottage

The cottage was clean and very nice. There is parking behind the building, but we had a mid-size SUV & it really didn’t fit! Other than that, a very enjoyable stay in a lovely, friendly village!

A lovely cottage in a beautiful, friendly village with good amenities. We were unable to park our car behind the cottage because the archway was too narrow for the car to fit through. We parked on the road. A good place to explore Yorkshire from.

quiet village, pretty and very clean.

quiet village, pretty and very clean. very good location gives good access round York to go wherever. bus service from village is reasonable; park and ride is very good indeed There are a whole range of food opportunities across local villages; all our stops were very rewarding with a high level of Hospitality and service. Cottage is well presented and comfortable- kitchen is small but adequate; cutlery is poor. Parking through an Archway would be very difficult with large car
