What a lovely cosy cottage.

What a lovely cosy cottage. It was a pleasure to return to after a day's exploring. The bed was comfortable the kitchen well equipped and the log burner an added pleasure on very cold days. A short walk into Grassington with independent shops, cafes and a choice of pubs. Many beautiful walks straight from the door.We will definitely return.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely view from the patio garden. Hosts were friendly and on hand if we had needed them (we didn't) but were never intrusive.

We enjoyed our stay at Garsdale Cottage.

We enjoyed our stay at Garsdale Cottage. The property was spotlessly clean, the bedrooms very spacious and there is more than enough storage throughout the cottage. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge diner very cosy (central heating and a stove). The compact patio garden provided a very pleasant seating area. Parking is right outside the cottage which, in Grassington, is a real bonus and it is only a short walk into the village. We did feel that the property was a little tired and could do with a bit of a freshen-up, i.e. paintwork etc., but on the whole we had nothing to complain about - the sun shone, we did some fantastic walking, found excellent eating places and generally made the most of our time there.
