Lovely cottage in a very quiet area but within easy reach of the A1.
Lovely cottage in a very quiet area but within easy reach of the A1. The place was clean and comfortable and the enclosed garden was great for the dog. Would recommend.

A fantastic place to wind down and do nothing or explore Northumberland.
A fantastic place to wind down and do nothing or explore Northumberland. Warm and well equipped property
We had a lovely time at this property. The location was perfect! Quiet, private and peaceful and yet only a few minutes from the A1. This made it perfect for exploring the local area, which we took full advantage of. Such a beautiful part of the country. And then it was wonderful coming back to relax in the hot tub after a day out exploring. We were lucky enough to have some very clear nights and we enjoyed some star gazing. Definitely recommend!
We had a wonderful time, it was a great position to visit local areas too. The property was really nice and had everything we needed. We loved the chickens and ducks too!
The hot tub was really nice but seemed a tiny bit dirty and the heating system relied on the fire to keep hot so when we were out of the house all day we came back to a cold house. But I asked the landlord to help on our last day and he kept the fire going for us when we were out so that sorted that problem out!
The games were great and the kitchen had everything too. Overall we loved our stay and would go back.
