Newquay Centre

This property was clearly refurbished to an extremely high standard a few years ago, however I don’t think it’s been given the same attention whilst it’s been rented out and requires a little TLC to get it back to where it was. The furniture cushions outside have gone mouldy, the outbuilding door is rotten & hanging off, the floor inside needs a few minor repairs to name a few -all easy cheap fixes but they need sorting before they get worse. HOWEVER, the small issues aside, the location is brilliant as it’s right in the centre, the beds are extremely comfy and the whole apartment is really well equipped. The good points far outweigh the bad, but it does need some TLC.
