500 m from the village Sollacaro (southern Corsica) by nature with sea view (Gulf of Valinco) and village with all amenities: groceries, bread, newspapers restaurants, bars, post office. The nearest beaches to 12 km (20 minutes drive)
Apartment of 50 m2, not overlooked comfortable at the ground floor of the owners house with independent access. Living / Kitchen (LV - llinge, oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, robots, blender, coffee maker, grill bread ...) TV - 1 bedroom (1 bed 2 people) - 1 bedroom (2 beds 1 person in 90) - S. of water (Italian shower) WC - covered terrace 6 m2 - 50 m2 private garden, barbecue .
This is a new apartment leased in 2012.
Sollacaro is 50 km from Ajaccio and Bonifacio, 18 km from Propriano and 24 km from Sartene. Several departures of marked hiking trails on site.
