Classic and comfy mid-century modern Alexander home within 5 min. of downtown restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Classic and comfy furnishings inside and out and a fun music themed decor. My house features new central air and heating systems, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking / entertaining, remodeled modern bathrooms, brand new beds with body-embracing memory foam mattresses as well as blackout curtains for late-morning sleep just for starters! This is a beautifully remodeled and redecorated Alexander home so close to everything in Palm Springs. It is on a wonderfully quiet street in an area known for it's classic mid-century Alexander Home architecture. It has beautiful mountain views, large pool with comfortable outdoor entertaining spaces. Everything in this home is brand new - from the furnishings and bedding to the wall decor and kitchen cooking and eating incidentals. It has all been designed and chosen for your comfort and convenience. Enjoy!
