This 5 bedroom renovated farmhouse, with amazing views of valleys and distant sea views is located in the village of Xaghra, which is the most popular village in Gozo.
Located in a very quiet area within about 10 mins walk to the main square, a very lively and popular square with good restaurants, bars, cafeterias, Take away food shops etc...

Nearest Mini Market is just 5 minutes walk from the farmhouse.

Fully air-conditioned and converted to very high standards, with high ceilings, stone arches, wooden beams, and large airy rooms.

Facing the east coast this farmhouse gets the most hours of sunlight, from sunrise till late afternoon.
A large private pool, garden, patio and terraces all facing East and overlook these fantastic views.
The entrance to this villa is through an amazing large courtyard with plants and flowers.
This villa is located next door to another identical 5 bedrooms villa, which makes it ideal for larger families and groups.

Furnished with Solid Pine furniture. Teak garden furniture, large barbecue, sunbeds, Parasols, WiFi, 42’ TV, satellite stations, dishwasher, washing machine etc

Air conditioning is on a card meter.

Free transfers in Gozo, from Mgarr port to accommodation and back.

We all loved our time at the villa, location was a short walk to the town square and it was easy to reach other parts of Gozo. The owners were also a great help and always on hand when needed. Lovely view from the pool/terrace/balcony.

Enormous house with large pool and a lovely view out to sea. Restaurants and small shops within easy walking distance, and owners Pauline and Mario are exceptionally helpful and made getting to and from the villa really easy.

Week in Xaghra

Immaculate villa on outskirts of the village but easy walking distance to centre and near bus stops to get around Gozo. Fantastic free transfer to and from airport. Lovely friendship and help from the owners Pauline and Mario. Would fully recommend.

Lovely house on Gozo

This is a lovely spacious house only 15 mins walk from Xaghra main square with good restaurants. Very convenient bus routes nearby. Pauline was very helpful with ferry transfers and anything else we needed. The pool was rather chilly as shaded in October but nearest beach just a short bus ride away. Good Uber and Bolt taxis available too.

Fantastic stay

This house is amazing. It feels really large and has everything you need. The pool is right outside, but there's a gate so felt safe with our 2 year old running around. Close enough to the main square and shops and restaurants and Pauline and Mario were really helpful. Especially as we were able to hire a car from them during the week. Their airport service was also really handy and efficient. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful!

We live in Malta but stayed in this beautiful Farmhouse/Villa for two weeks post-lockdown and had a wonderful and relaxing time. We were a mixture of adults and children. The house itself is very large inside with traditional tiling and a very large family kitchen which opens on to a dining terrace. Below this is a large and deep pool and all of this looks out to a stunning East-facing view. The villa is a short 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of town so is blessed with being in a quiet location but with all amenities close by. Pauline and her husband Mario were so super-kind and helpful with everything we needed and we would certainly stay here again!
