Quiet and cozy apartment, well-connected and close to the center (15 minutes by tube). Located in a traditional neighborhood with many shops and services. The apartment is perfect for 2 or 3 couples. It is also ideal for couples with children. Available PARKING private and guarded for € 15 / 1day, € 30/2 days, € 40 / 3days, € 50/4 days and € 60 / 5-10days (one payment upon arrival). We rent our apartment so that you can make the most of your stay in Madrid. The apartment is very close to the city center. The metro stop which is closest to the apartment is "Marqués de Vadillo" (Line 5). It is 4 stops away from La Latina and 5 stops away from Opera.
The apartment has an area of 75m2. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is perfect for 2-3 couples or a 1-2 couple with 2-3 children. Each room has its own wardrobe for clothes and luggage.
