Beautiful location - perfect for a group!

Lovely apartment, centrally located and easy walking access to Central Madrid. Estefania was so nice checking us into the apartment!Just a little slow in check in communication but all great!

Wonderful apartment with which to end our journey. Lots of comforts and amenities. Plenty of seating. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. The place is BIG. Only thing I would change is the design of the guest bathroom shower, the way the base of the shower is, it allows some water to exit onto the floor. We just didn’t use that shower. The apartment is easy walking distance and very close to the Prado and other museums and attractions restaurants. We were very lucky to be in the unit the night of the World Cup celebration, which we could see from our porches. 1.8 million people in the streets, it was fantastic. Price was very reasonable considering the size and very modern appliances. There is a lift directly to the front door. Oh and if you can’t find the towels, that’s because they’re in the huge walk in closet behind the master bedroom, which we missed on the first walk through.

I will begin by acknowledging that the property itself is beautiful. It is modern, clean, and spacious. Unfortunately, the check‑in process was extremely inconvenient. After a long day of travel, we were required to walk a 16‑minute round trip to a completely different location just to pick up the keys. We had all of our luggage with us, and this was particularly difficult as we were traveling with an elderly guest.When I communicated this concern to the host, they appeared to find the situation amusing and showed no interest in resolving it. Throughout our stay, the host was consistently rude and dismissive. They seemed irritated when I asked for assistance, and they frequently ignored messages when issues arose. Although the property itself is lovely, I would not recommend staying here due to the host’s unprofessional and unhelpful behavior.Additionally, the listing states that on‑site parking is available. This is false. We booked this property specifically because parking was advertised, only to be told—quite rudely—that the unit does not include parking. This was misleading and added unnecessary frustration to our stay.

GREAT location, beautiful apartment!

The communication was great. Paola even got us a taxi to take us to the airport! Everything in the apartment was clean and fabulous. It was a short walk to everything we wanted to see, but because of the set-up of the apartment, it was very quite. The view from the front windows was A.MAZ.ING. If I had one small-small suggestion, I would rec. there be a place to put the toaster so it could be plugged in more easily. I would 100% rec. this place to anyone!

Had an enjoyable time in Madrid. The location of the VRBO is in a great place to restaurant & entertainment spots. I actually used the Metro to get around and had no problems from the VRBO. I would definitely use that location again when I come back to Madrid. Lastly the building is well insulated from the street. Couldn’t hear traffic at all when heading to bed.
