The apartment has a terrace of 33 square meters. You can have breakfast, lunch, dine, sunbathe, relax, play and enjoy the view on the terrace.
The penthouse has 2 bright rooms, 1 master room with double bed and one with 2 single bed, a spacious dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms, one with bath and the other one with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, etc..
Important: the apartment has air conditioning throughout the house. You will not spend heat in summer or cold in winter.
The living room is bright and spacious. It has a sofa and a armchair to enjoy a nap after lunch or watch TV. It also has a large table where they can eat comfortably 6 people. You can also eat at the terrace's table.... do you know how lovely it is to have dinner under stars?
The home has a sunshade automation, press a button and you has shade on the terrace anytime. Important: the apartment has air conditioning throughout the house. You will not spend heat in summer or cold in winter.
Also has a communal pool, course overlooking the sea and the mountain on which the building is constructed. This has a private parking reserved.
As our reviews demonstrate, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously Cleaning is performed by a certified professional cleaning company. The bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals of the province. We also add an extra disinfection with an Ozone generator that is a powerful antimicrobial agent and kills 99% of bacteria and viruses.
There are two ways to access at the beach, by the elevators in the building or by car, is easy to park within the housing development.

You have your private parking space. There is a Consum supermarket 3 minutes by car and 15 minutes walk (900m).
There are good restaurants of delicious PAELLA just 15 minutes walk (800m), too sites takeaway.

Super clean, quiet, comfortable, super great view, the patio is divine, close to a marvelous small beach, supermarket 3 minutes from the appartment. They greeted us on arrival, made us feel at home, and they were 1 phone away in helping us as they live nearby.

Great apartment
Vicente is incredibly helpful and it was no surprise that his Appartment had lots of thoughtful touches - like beach chairs, Games, parasols and towels. Our stay was very relaxing with some lovely meals out. We were super happy with this find.

The views are amazing!
Vicente is a great host. Our GPS didn't take us to the correct address and Vicente was able to find us in a completely different area which was amazing since we had no idea where we were. Upon taking us back to the home, Vicente had a beautiful gift waiting for us when we walked in. The home is very clean and the views are amazing. Sitting on the deck looking at the ocean never gets old! The parking for the car is in a very safe and secure area. Cullera isn't a typical tourist area in May when we went so it was pretty quiet in town. Some of the locals speak English (some don't) and there is a pretty large grocery market within a 2 minute drive from the house. If you are looking for clean, safe and some peace and quiet I would highly recommend Vicente's home.

Wonderful Location and wonderful people
The accomodation is fully equipped with everything you need to spend a nice vacation. Everything was ready and clean when we arrived. There was a warm welcome by Gonzalo, the host. He was very very helpful with all our questions and little problems and always provided a solution. I think I've never had such a good support (if needed) during a stay within a holiday apartment. The accomodation itself is located in a nice quiet area, if you want to walk to the beach it's possible, but needs some endurance, otherwise just take the car, you have your private parking spot right infront of the accomodation. The view was perfect and together with the big patio it was wonderful to enjoy some nice evenings.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. El alojamiento está muy bien situado y tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Las vistas del mar merecen mucho la pena, aunque no hemos podido disfrutar de la terraza porque estos días había mucho viento. La bomba de calor ha sido fundamental para tener una temperatura agradable en la casa.

L’appartement nous a bien plu, la literie est bonne et il est très bien équipé.
Nous n’avons pas été séduits du tout par Cullera, nous avons donc rayonné vers le nord ou le sud. A une heure de route vers le sud, une jolie petite plage bordée de restaurants sympas: la Playa el Arenal
Muy agradable, limpio y bien equipado. El acceso facial y el registro fue bastante satisfactorio.

We were all so impressed! The staff were all super lovely and friendly!. The whole time we felt relaxed and safe here. The pool area is lovely and really relaxed. This place is also set in a quite lovely part of town. Close to the beach and lots of lovely places to eat. The food and drink in the restaurant at this place is great and well priced. Would definitely recommend!

Terraza enorme y vistas del amanecer
La terraza es mucho más grande que parecen en las fotos. Mis hijos se pasaron todo el día en la terraza jugando. Nos gustó mucho la playa de Cap Blanc. Muy poca gente en Julio, perfecto para nosotros. Gracias por todo Vicente.

Increible vistas al mar y la montaña e increible atico
Nos encantó nada más entrar. Llevamos muchos años veraneando en la otra parte de Cullera, esta zona no la conocíamos. Esto es mucho más tranquilo, no tiene nada que ver. Me atrevo a decir que la playa es incluso mejor y seguro que tiene menos gente que la otra en verano. A los niños les gustó mucho. El apartamento es mucho más grande que lo que parece en las fotos y muy bien equipado. Es un detalle encontrarte aceite, sal y cosas para la limpieza.

Great View
The view from this unit was wonderful. There overall layout met our needs and was functional. There were a few issues with the unit, the kitchen tap was wobbling on the sink, the hot water tank was challenged to allow for 4 adults to shower and the toilet in the ensuite kept running after it was flushed. The distance to the beach was substantial if you chose to walk from the unit. Great hiking paths close by.

Many thanks for your review, Robin. Yes, the views from the penthouse are beautiful and it is a very quiet urbanization. "La Senda de la lloma" is a very beautiful route. It starts very close to the apartment. On the right side you see the Cullera Bay and on the left you can see the Albufera and the city of Valencia at the bottom. Sorry, the kitchen faucet was new and was not fixed properly. If you had warned us, we would have repaired it in a moment. We hope to see you again in Cullera. Vicente.

Solamente ver amanecer por las mañanas cuando desayunas ya es suficiente para puntuar muy favorablemente este ático. Está en un sitio muy tranquilo, por un lado tienes la montaña y el mar a la parte derecha. Volveremos seguro.

Ideal para ir con niños
Experiencia muy buena en el apartamento. Ideal para ir con niños, ya que es realmente cómodo, tanto por su facilidad de acceso a la playa, ( esta un poco alejado de la playa, pero siempre con sitio para aparcar dentro de la urbanización), como por la gran terraza que tiene. Equipado con todo, y fresquito con la brisa que corre por la altura. Vicente, buen anfitrión, y muy amable. Muy recomendable.
