The perfect place to enjoy a well-deserved holiday.

This stylish modern air conditioned two-bedroom townhouse in Fonte Santa is one of 11 properties located within a charming gated development overlooking a large shared swimming pool. It is ideally situated in an unspoilt village of the Eastern Algarve, just 2km from Vila Nova de Cacela and 4km from the beach. The area has many attractions including the historic towns of Tavira and Vila Real de Santo Antonio along with a broad choice of first class golf courses and sandy beaches.

The property boasts a south-facing furnished patio with awning and enjoys all day sunshine. With a bright stylish interior, the living room has two comfortable sofas and an area for dining. The room benefits from satellite TV, music and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with all expected appliances. The ground floor has a small utility room which houses a WC and washing machine.

The fully furnished master bedroom with double bed and balcony overlooks the swimming pool and has views of the nearby sea. The main bathroom is located next to the master bedroom and has a bath and shower. The second bedroom, with two single beds and fitted wardrobes, benefits from an en-suite shower room and overlooks neighbouring farmland.

Outside, the property is complimented by an established and well maintained communal garden area with 2 built-in charcoal BBQ grills and two tiled dining tables with benches, an ideal place to enjoy the evening sunshine.

There is a small snack bar in the village and a comprehensive selection of good local restaurants in the town of Vila Nova de Cacela just a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the property. From its location in the centre of the Eastern Algarve region the property has excellent access via the N125 or the local train service to the main towns and beaches.

Praia Verde beach is 10 minute drive and is recognised as one of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve. The beach is highly rated on TripAdvisor and is the #1 thing to do near Castro Marim.
Portugal has been voted the best golf destination in the world for 4 years in a row and the Algarve is the perfect setting for a memorable golfing holiday. Just a short 10 minute drive you will find the world renowned Monte Rei golf course and a further 40 available across the region.

Tavira combines breath taking beaches with Portuguese culture. It is regarded as one of the most beautiful towns of the Algarve with a unique mix of Moorish influenced traditional architecture. Culinary visitors will find many top rated restaurants situated in the town’s picturesque plazas and cobbled streets.

Vila Real de Santo António is a perfect town to explore for a day trip. It is especially popular for food lovers and cyclists. This former fish canning centre sits on the river Rio Guadiana, that separates the Algarve from Spain.

Férias para descansar
Carro imprescindível. Local muito calmo, excelente para descansar. Casa muito confortável. Os donos, simpáticos, esforçaram-se por ajudar. Próximo de várias praias (3 a 4 km) , o difícil vai ser escolher.
