Daytona 2025

The property was ideally located in a quieter part of Daytona. Right on the beach! The owner was very accommodating. We would stay here in the future as it was perfect for our needs.

Great location. Very nice condo. The property itself could use a little updating - chairs around pool were worn and split. The exterminator sprayed and left all the dead bugs on the sidewalk so you had to try and walk around them and they were evety where. Would be nice to have some tables and chairs around the pool.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was very nicely decorated and extremely clean. There were amazing sunrise views and it was enjoyable to be only steps away from the beach! A covered parking spot was an added bonus!

We loved our stay. The place was very clean and talking to the owner was very pleasant. You can't find a place with a better view. My husband wished there was a recliner. After a long ride, that would of been nice to have, but overall it was a nice place to stay for a week

The perfect family friendly getaway

My family and I stayed here a week and were so happy with our condo. It’s very quiet with beach and pool access. The condo is clean and updated would definitely recommend and would even stay again.

Beach getaway

We were so excited to get to the beach. So happy to have found Eva’s place. It was exactly as described and we were so sad to leave today. To walk out to the beach from the condo is amazing. The views are amazing. The beds were incredible. We all had a marvelous time. We will not be forgetting our stay and will look forward to a return visit one day.

Awesome condo!

This is our third time staying at this condo and it is the absolute best! It has EVERYTHING you need even beach chairs and beach towels. Very spacious with an amazing view of ocean. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Love that we can take our fur babies. Definitely coming back again!

We stayed after hurricane and property manager gave us early notice about pool issues that were caused by hurricane and out of her controI. I really appreciate how well she communicated with us. She is very concerned about our stay and comfort while there. The place is beautiful with an amazing view. Would Recommend 100%

AMAZING PLACE

We have nothing but positive things to say about this amazing place and the owners. We could not have picked a better location in Daytona or a cleaner, organized, well stocked condo. The week we were there ended up being cold and windy, but we didn’t mind staying inside. We were able to sit on the large balcony or inside and still feel like we were on the beach. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering. You will not regret it!

Yes, we stayed here January 20-27th 2024....The condo is very nice and it was very clean. The hosts are very nice and would answer any question in a timely manner. The condo is in a good location. If you take your fur baby with you. I highly recommend Lighthouse Point Park, your fur babies can be on the beach there and it is so nice there.

Everything about this condo was amazing. They were working above our unit and the noise set our dogs off a bit but this was no one's fault. Above all the owner and place was out of this world and we were happy to be back at Sea Fern. We were tenants for Carolyn Jessee for 10 years ! We had an amazing Vacation!

We had a great week in Daytona. (July 7th - 14th, 2018) This condo is located on the 4th floor which we think is great for dolphin watching, sunrises and sunsets. Beautiful condo and has everything needed for a home away from home feel. Loved the assigned covered parking spot for the condo. No hot car. Also pet friendly. Wonderful place to stay

My family stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath very clean condo that has everything you need and close to stores and restaurants. The balcony overlooked the ocean and pool which was a beautiful sight to spend a week and relax. We took our wagon and then the onsite tent the owners have there to the beach and had an amazing time. We will definitely stay again because out of the different places we have previously stayed in Daytona Beach this was by far the best, safest, clean condo to stay in. The only thing I would like is for the pet fee to be refunded as long as there is no damage to the property, because other places we've stayed there's a pet deposit we have gotten back. But it was nice taking our little dog and not having her in a kennel for a week. We would highly recommend this condo and we plan on staying here again.

PERFECT VACATION

I have been renting oceanfront properties for thirty (30) years and this condo was great…clean, kitchen well-stocked, quiet area of the beach, and an amazing view. I left an important item in the condo and the owner called me. I drove to the condo the following day, since I was only two (2) hours away and the cleaning person gave me my item. Where can you find that level of honesty now? I will definitely be renting here again. The building needs some upgrading, but the condos are well-decorated. Great restaurants in the area. You can walk to Crabby Joe’s- restaurant on the pier. We love Daytona!!!!

Staying in different condos over the years of visiting Daytona Beach, Sea Fern has many different aspects that set it apart from other oceanfront condos. The relaxed atmosphere and location of the building is something we didn’t feel at other condominiums. There is a different vibe being south of Dunlawton and after seeing Sea Fern, it was an easy decision for our family. The No Drive beach and large oceanfront pool was exactly what we were looking for. When it comes to our unit, the 26x8 foot balcony is something you rarely find in an oceanfront condo. The sheer size of the balcony cannot be understated. We use it as a second living space and enjoy countless hours of relaxation with family and friends. As soon as you walk in the front door, the unobstructed view all the way through the condo is breathtaking. This is a feature we have seldom seen in other condos and we simply fell in love with our unit at Sea Fern. We know you will do the same!
